were down to faith at this point. also im thinking amir is holding onto the btc he has from preorders to pay for any legal battles just filed against TH before sending whats left out as refunds (if thats going to happen at all).

sad thing is if he was just more communicative, im sure he could have spun a situation where he avoided any legal battles, sold the preorder btc at todays price, refund everyone 100% and walk away with a profit and some reputation. but because of the persistent lack of communication, were all out for blood now and he'll probably need to move to siberia (sorry i think i drifted into directing this to amir and strayed from your question lol).

You can see how rotten inside these guys are. Not even care to share 1/10 of robbery money.

But it is not only them. Bitcoin shows true nature of human mind. Everything is fine when dealing with a change. When we talk about millions nothing else matters except for money.

You invested something in back then. The company has to deal with all the regulations and legal terms of bussines  - this however does not include virtual currency. When they clear everything, they will come to refund. You'll get your refund and it will be much more worth than back then or if you however spend it.

Update 11/9/2013: TerraHash is still in business, we have not filed for bankruptcy yet. The refund from Yifu was cashed immediately back then, we did not make any profits from the recent surge in BTC prices. Again, we are still committed to provide as much refund as possible. I will update again in a couple days on how we are going to proceed with that.

WHY ON EARTH would you cash the refund? Didn't your company's bank account get closed? If the customers paid in BTC, the very least you could do is refund BTC. You are either very, very stupid or a very, very stupid liar. I'm guessing it's the latter.

Did you anytime in life, do something, that has encourage you yourself, that you're going to do right things and not to contribute to spread a same old intolerance (a inbetween characteristic attribute)?

Did you think that you live in the same world with other people? Ill give you an example:

someone rides a scooter , the other bike , a third car ... All three can be initially driven by one goal and then change your mind and continue their journey to another goal ... All this does not mean that it is now run by another means of transport ... What's more, everyone knows only his own world and so for all the other believes that they are being driven by the same means of transport , like him and do not understand where it comes from some differences ... if someone comes to your destination faster , others think it 's just more driven to its skiroju and if the one with the car , he finds someone else in a narrow street with ease reversed a decision to have a very small car or ride backwards. All of their means of transport used the same term , "vehicle" and even perceive differences between us , you explained on the basis of what is in our world defines this vehicle.

But of course this is 98% of people who are living this way. This is of course the way to collapse of human rase. Because the values are too much fighting. If you start to do on yourself right now, you have at least a 5 years a full time work.
