I think KnC is legit, I'm iffy but leaning towards positive on Cointerra and to a lesser degree, HashFast. Don't know enough about Alydian yet to form an opinion. I think BFL will deliver the Monarch on about the same schedule as they delivered their other shit... far beyond use. I haven't investigated the others sufficiently.

PS: Please leave Knightlife out of this. He only knows what he saw at TH. He has tried to be helpfull and share what he could in many ways to help all of us,,,even posting an equipment list of what we would need to set up the klondikes with... he didnt have to do that. Yes he has tried to remain positive and hopefull like many, the reality is, he may stand to loose a lot more than most here. And as far as his ebay hosting operations, thats his business! ok

Minerman i have respect for you.  But it is hard to leave him out being the messanger/vouching for chips, and seeing office.  Here are some examples of things that make me think he should tied in with this both are direct quotes, and are things other then just vouching..  These are 2 of many

1)Everyone that is on the fence about this: don't listen to these guys who say that we should all get refunds immediately. Not only would it cause great problems for TH, more importantly, it will harm everyone else who is waiting patiently for their boards.

2)I'll be picking up my boards in person at TH when they are ready. I can take some extra pics when I'm there.  

Number 2 picking up in person..... is a pretty big thing.  He is going to pick up (assuming they make them) but he cant go there now and say hey whats up?  What are you guys working on?

The fact he has not went back to try to talk to them speaks volumes, after all his pro TH items.

Either way I was pointing out he had set up local pickup, and also told people to not get refunds flat out.  On refunds it now as always read make up your own mind. If someone wants to keep their order or even order their hosting once its up more power to them(assuming it actually happens).

I am more worried for us miners then TH.  I am not worried for TH, they had full control of actions and lack of many things went down a path.  Knight made it clear in 1 he was more worried for TH then miners.  And again these are 2 quotes of many.  I just picked out a few.

With them getting in bad with BBB, PayPal, Credit Cards, even some banks i would guess that's a challenge to come past unless they just go to BTC orders on hosting assuming they do it.

I think Terrahash is done.

I highly doubt they will be able to raise any money for future projects, and their name is now severely tarnished.

Unless they make a herculean effort to appease current customers, folks would have to be crazy to give them any more money.

I made order at TerraHash, but likely lost all money (about 100 coins).

Luckily I was the developer of Metabank's devices, and we already shipped 60% of devices (expect to ship rest in 3-5 days). I know economics of mining devices.

I expect that even if Avalon wouldn't make refund, in that case Terrahash can refund about 10-20% to people. If Avalon would make refund, terrahash could refund 80-95% of money.

What I see is that TerraHash is not going to make any refunds. I consider is just regular scam. Their next project is scam too.

Too bad for Silicon Valley company.

I was thinking going the law rode? But I believe someone suggested it would be too hard to do? No? If we could all pitch in a little bit maybe we can organize a lawyer to represent everyone? If we can find where he lives that's even better, then for sure he will shit his pants and maybe offer people refunds? Don't want angry people knocking on your door with wepons... Lol
