Dear BlueChipper, the tokens are issued by the contract. The tokens do not represent shares of any registered company. The tokens will be converted to coins of a crypto currency with delegated proof of stake (just as in the case of EOS). The tokens will represent 50% of all coins of the new crypto currency.

Thx for your answer @aaaxn I understand that Tokens are finally issued via Smart contract but who is the owner of the Smart Contract then? Is it a person or a legal entity, kind of information that is typically given in the imprint of a website to know the responsibilities.

I think, at least to me, these are important informations to build trust, I guess. All I saw on the website is a link to another website that obviously is a kind of tech incubator.

How many Tokens total? Max cap on Tokens?
I read that there will be (at first)10 million ICO tokens on page 1 of this thread,
but this is leading me to believe there is way more tokens than 10 million.

I am looking over this and things are not spelled out completely, there are some
missing info that puts up a red flag for me, the big one is no mention of max tokens.
Like that is not important?  Would 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 make no difference in price
versus 10,000,000 tokens?

Is there a hidden stash of Tokens we don't know about?
I just don't see enough info here to risk any investment, too many red flags.

There will be no mining. No new coins will be ever created. Every account will be assigned to the validator and top validators (there will be many) with most accounts value will process blocks. Transactions fees will be paid out as dividends to all coin holders without any need for mining.

There are alot of informations about this in this thread, never was stated that there is just 10 million tokens possible, its the number of tokens that is available when Adshares hit minimum founding.
There is no max supply of tokens in this ICO. But this dont affect price in a bad way as you suggest.
The token buy price increase with the total supply (look under "fair emmision" image in announcement post) and that makes the price of tokens bigger naturally becauce you can always use buyback option to sell your tokens with the new bigger price.
There is no hidden stash nowhere because everything is transparent in the blockchain.

Current token supply is 10887635. It can still grow or shrink. It grows if new coins are bought from contract. That causes price to rise.
Ether gathered in contract is used to do buybacks. It someone sell to contract supply shrink and price fall (to the floor of 0.0004 ETH).
All emitted tokens are circulating. There is no stash that is reserved for devs.
Supply is limited in this sense, that more supply = higher price. If supply rise after you bought it means you will be able to sell higher than you bought.
