Yes for those in transition from regular cigarette since it will help them on getting-out into nicotine addiction. But I don't prefer using e-cig for those non-smoker. For me it's not beneficial.

Electric cigarette no. because Electric cigarette has cartridges filled with nicotine and other chemicals. Liquid chemicals turn into vapors or steam that someone inhales.
E-cigarettes may contain harmful substances. But the type or concentration of chemicals exposed to a person will vary by brand, device type, and how they are used.

Using e-cig as an alternative won't help you quit smoking. Because it's still looks like a real cigarette. If I were you, do it step by step. Because if you stop it right away I heard it has a side effect. So lessen your stick per day.

I would suggest staying away from both, especially if you haven't tried either before.  but, if you think by switching from reg cig's to elec cig's could help you quit, then I think it's worth a try.

I've been smoke free for 4 years from e-cigs. Vaping works. Do your research

Yes yes and yes  I was a smokers for 28 years and tried everything to quit with no success. I tried me first ecig 7 years ago and I can honestly say it saved my life.

its a big no! It has the same effect with the traditional cigarette.. and thinking that its more harmful bcoz of the liquid chemical in it..
