I have never smoked and do not plan to start. Electronic cigarettes are in my opinion better than ordinary cigarettes. They are less harmful to health.

I'd say first just try to kick the habit of smoking all together. Think of all the money you'll save not buying them, and then that can all go towards crypto!
No for all kinds of cigarette because all of them can harm our body and if you get addicted to those, it will destroy your body particular to liver. It will not just affect the body, but the future also. Cigarette can ruin our bright future. |

I switched to one a few weeks back after twenty or more years of smoking.
It's... alright. I haven't gone down the wanky modding rabbithole. I'd say it's about 45% as good as smoking which is enough. I'm slowly winding down.
Since I started it I haven't smoked a cig and haven't wanted to so it worked for me at least.

I personal think that it's bullshit, but there is a few stories of people who was smoking for 10 years and with electric cigarette stop smoked. I'm a smoker and i would like to stop that's why i need your advice.
Normally, there is alternatives to cigarette that will help you to stop getting cancer and a heart attack smoking, you need to see a doctor if you can't stop it alone. Btw, asking to stop using a knife to make a wound in your body and replacing it with a pocket knife will not help you making your body recover... And, try to invest the cig price in bitcoin (or altcoins) it will help you buying a home in the future  |

i think that you are saying to buy juices again and again is the vape , and its true it also bad in the health of a person using this kind of cigarette , it consumes much money to buy those juices. And for a certain situation electric cigarettes can also harm the user , there is a incidents that the electric cigarette that they are using explodes in their mouth. |

You'd have to be very stupid to take it up as a non smoker, but as anyone can tell you it's the combustion of tobacco that kills you. Remove the combustion and most of the real damage goes. No doubt vaping will be proven to create respiratory problems but as a stepping stone to quitting they make a lot of sense and we should be thankful they exist. |
