I have tried them and they don't satisfy me much but for some smoker friends they were a godsend in trying to quit.

Does this work? I mean I smoked one once and felt fine but definitely it has no nicotine in it right? I mean the way I see it, adapting to e-cig might be easier for people who have been bound to the hand action and the smoking action, but what about those who smoke just for the effect of nicotine?

Some have nicotine in them and some don't.
I smocked for around 30 years. 15-20 a day. Went over to E-sig 2 months ago. The one I use have no nicotine in it.

I am not a smoker but I often gather with smokers. When I breathe in tobacco smoke I am normal, maybe some other people who do not smoke will cough when they inhale tobacco smoke but I am not, maybe because I'm used to it. But when I inhale the vapor aroma I was immediately attacked by asthma. Breathing too hard.

I personally really like their aromas. So, that would probably be a good alternative for occasional smokers, who do not have real ``additctions`` to cigarettes. Otherwise, I think they won`t work much.

I was a smoker for about 12 years. Started to vape on dec. 2011. You need to be dedicated if you really want to quit smoking. When i started vaping ecigs were so expensive. The people now are so lucky. Ecig kits and powerful mods are readily available and cheap. Eliquids is aleo very cheap now. Ive been smoke free for almost 6 years. And i am also vape free for almost a year now. Smiley

As a former 3 pack a day Marb Red 100 guy for over 15 years. I can honestly say if you get the right flavor and nic strength they can greatly help you quit but I can't stress finding the right nicotine strength, flavor and device. Those shitty ones you get at the gas station don't hit hard enough to simulate smoking a cigarette.

I was still smoking, and there was a meeting that talked about "how to stop smoking" I was trying to follow, and after I heard what they explained I decided to quit from the meeting Cool

I personal think that it's bullshit, but there is a few stories of people who was smoking for 10 years and with electric cigarette stop smoked. I'm a smoker and i would like to stop that's why i need your advice.

I smoke cigarettes, from an electronic cigarette I cough hard)) I think if a person wants to quit, it's easier to just not smoke, electronic cigarette will not help

Real cigarettes make me feel nauseous and dizzy and useless, but i don't feel bad with e-cigs, i only feel the nicotine surge, so i go for electronic, all the way Smiley

Yes I think they worth it, because is not gonna kill you as real cigs are doing.
