Electric cigarette yes/no/maybe?

I personal think that it's bullshit, but there is a few stories of people who was smoking for 10 years and with electric cigarette stop smoked. I'm a smoker and i would like to stop that's why i need your advice.

coincidentally also gan I am also a smoker. but if it's a matter of stopping I think it's hard. I used to have tried smoking using electricity but instead coughing up I ended up smoking with my usual cigarette smoking every day .finally I tried to reduce little by little finally now has begun to decrease. Insyaallah long time also will definitely stop .

Been smoking for 5 years, then I switched to Vaping. My intake of cigarette in a year, I would say around 10-15 (these are during occasions that everyone are smoking cigarettes). So it helped a lot. From my experience my stamina is better when using electronic cigarette than when taking tobacco.

for me it yes for electric cigarette than to tobacco cigarette because electric cigarette is less nicotine than tobacco cigarette and smell is good..

I am one of those people who smoked for 10 years and stopped using an E-Cig. I started on high nicotene % and gradually reduced the dose until 1mg/ml. i used it on that low dose for a while until the glass tank on my E-Cig smashed and i told myself that I wasn't going to buy a new one. I havent smoked since.

You can switch from cigarette to e-cigarettes, I have a friend who was a smoker he switch to e-cigarettes like vapes, but he uses juice with some nic and he  didn't actually stop using tobacco cigarettes, he slowly reduced the use of cigarettes and then he use e-cigarette. Now hes not smoking he's just using e-cigarette like vape.
