I personal think that it's bullshit, but there is a few stories of people who was smoking for 10 years and with electric cigarette stop smoked. I'm a smoker and i would like to stop that's why i need your advice.

I think not because you are still using a cigarette but in electric type. Do you think that using cigarette can really stop easily?

I understand that cigarette is really hard to stop because it is a kind of vices, but cigarette can help people who mostly use cigarette because it is not harmful to a person and it can reduce your usage in using a cigarette. The best thing to replace your addiction in cigarette is by playing sports, going at the gym, and bonding with your family and friends. Anyways, I also play in online gambling that it can also helps a person to reduce all of your vices because it will help you to be entertained.

No. I love vape since it was released here in our country but there was a news that stopped me from taking E cigarette. There was a kid that was using a vape but didn't know that the battery he was using was broken and then he used the vape, and then it exploded on his face. Disastrous moment it is.

i am using vape, i don't thing so same electric ciggarete?. i am smoking regular malrboro 1 day/ 2 pack before using vape. then i bought vape online store, i do vaping then forgot marlboro until now. yes vape are good

Electric cigartte is more dangerous compared to the real cigarretes because they have a lot of smokes going inside to your body and to your lungs. You will stop using electric cigarettes slowly because once you stop it fast you will crave to smoke again because your body want smoke. Lessen your smoke until you stop you need a plan for this.

Think twice before using ECigarette because there is one case in my country, the vape a person was using exploded without further notice. The vape was not overheating that's why he's not worrying about it and then boom, his face that was once a beautiful one became a disastrous one.

Mmmmm.... I don't think it is the most healthy solution to quit smoking but I know people who have been able to leave the cigarette with them, they add nicotine to the electric cigarette and then they start dropping down the nicotine dose little by little.

Well that is a great technique so that they can leave a little addiction to the cigarette, maybe, when they add smaller doses they can begin to get bored and leave it little by little, although I support that they begin to do another activity that replaces the ances of the cigarette.

E cigarettes also do the same harm as tobacco might less a bit,I don't think it helped anyone to quit smoking completely from personal experience because many of my firends triedn and just stopped them because of no use.

Not everybody , especially people that smoked for decades are able to just stop their addiction (and nicotine is one of the most addictive substances)
slowly reducing the nicotine in your vape liquid and then stopping should be the goal !
At least for now science is pretty sure that vaping is a lot less harmful than cigarettes (also cheaper) because it's not combusting tobacco
it also has no tar that'll build up in your lungs etc. , but we can't be sure about the real danger of E-Cigs for now we'll probably know for sure in a decade or two.

No to an electric cigarette. I am one of the smokers here in our city and I cannot let our child to inhale any type of smoke that can harm their health. Electric cigarette can also lead in an accident like when sometimes your cigar overheat and then explode.
