Add COINYE coin
I doubt they will. Their hosting provider, Digitalocean, is based in the United States. The cease and desist letter makes it clear that the KW legal team will pursue action against those supporting the purported infringement. The defense could make the case that by even accepting donations, coinmarketcap.com could potentially profit by providing such information. It's a headache I sure wouldn't want if I'm running a humble site like coinmarketcap.com. http://online.wsj.com/public/resources/documents/20140107-WSJ-coinye.pdf

I don't know how do you pick coins. I just wanted you to see the problem. People wait for days for you to add new coins and it is very frustrating when you add 3 coins that are almost unbuyable for most of the people If you could have it in mind while adding new coins, it would be amazing! If I didn't said it clearly enough. Here is what I have in mind. For example you have 5 coins ready to be added. 3 of them are only on coinedUp and 2 are also on cryptsy. Instead of adding those 3 (on coinedUp) and few days later those 2 (on cryptsy), please consider mixing them. So one day you could add 2 from coinedup and 1 from cryptsy and few days later 1 from coinedup and 1 from cryptsy. It would give equal chances for people using different exchanges. I don't know how to explain it clearer Thanks

This could easily be resolved with a name change to Coyecoin which I see as the likely outcome. Please add Coye.

For Freicoin it's Vircurex. Ok, I thought they could be added or something. I'm working on providing more accurate/transparent volume counts, and will add some new coins by Monday (i'm out of town right now). If you requested a coin please provide a method to get the total supply.
Thank you, but no, I'm not proposing a new coin, CNY is Chinese Yuan, Fiat. My proposal is to also count XXX/Fiat for total volume. Some days the volume in all 3 FRC/BTC exchanges combined is less than 10k FRC, while at the same time bter's FRC/CNY moves 400 k FRC or more. For having a weighted price (averaged by volume) using FRC/CNY is more difficult, since you're using the BTC price as reference for all the coins. For that I would probably use only FRC/BTC markets for simplicity. In the other hand, for volumes you can just add them all in FRC and then multiply by the usd price. Here I detailed my proposal a little bit: Ok I'm assuming only BTC/XXX markets are used for volumes as well. I know it's more work, but they could use other markets (for example FRC/CNY) to calculate volumes even if they aren't taken into account for prices. They just have to add all volumes in FRC (or whatever currency you're calculating) and then multiply for their usual price in usd to obtain a more accurate total volume in usd.
Anyway, the volume column is a nice addition.

DGC has disappeared from the list again. There is an alternative block explorer at blockr.io for digitalcoin now. Maybe this could help? Thanks!

The new block explorer only gives the height. Can i find total supply based on height? Having trouble finding the info for this.

Hi Gliss i really like your site.
i think it would be very useful if your site can display the AVERAGE week or motnh volume so we can distinguish true cryptos from other.

Why coins are being added so rarely lately?
main reason probably because Cryptsy is undergoing maintenance/upgrades and not adding new coins, and CoinedUp lately added a bunch of shitcoins with no volume so those are also not listed for obvious reasons. Those are the 2 main alt coin markets right now (at least as early adopters), so there's that.

Someone can tell mt why Netcoin has disappeared / no info ?

Lost coins only make everyone else's coins worth slightly more. Think of it as a donation to everyone. it has lots of buttery taste..

The new block explorer only gives the height. Can i find total supply based on height? Having trouble finding the info for this. I'm using this pool's info for global dgc hashrate for now http://dgc.theblocksfactory.com/ DGC currently at Network Hashrate: 3.42 GH/s - also there is a new page now at http://dgc.cryptocoinexplorer.com/ but without total hashrate I guess.
