However, please enlighten me anyone, who on earth (speaking about regular consumers) needs trading in electricity?? Or real time metering data for your charging point? My point is that there are bunch of academics with a child like interest to play with the technology for the sake of satisfying their curiosity and real world application is a secondary aim. However, I`d go max for 1 year, hope money lasts for this long.

Well imagine a place where only a small proportion of houses in a suburb can afford to own solar panels and produce enough electricity for their needs so they sell the excess produced back to the power company, for peanuts because they the only ones who can buy it at the moment.  Then imagine a system where all houses in the neighborhood have access to the excess solar power produced by those few houses.  They could out bid the power companies for that excess power, get electricity potentially cheaper than they would from the monopolising power companies from the people who do own solar panel setups on their homes.  Its a win-win for the sellers and buyers, only the power companies losing out.  So basically it gives every home access to solar power without the need to buy your own expensive solar panels, batteries, controllers and the hassles that comes with maintaining it.  It's a game changer.  It's redistributing electricity from central authorities out to the masses.

Thanks for your reply! I agree it is indeed a game changer, and a very very much attractive idea. However, this is again a theory, not backed by facts and real world need. If those ICOs in their shiny whitepapers could also provide challenges, not only opportunities that they`re facing this all might be not worth questioning anymore. The ones I see in this theory is that solar panel produce excess only if there`s not enough battery capacity to store the energy. However as we all know battery technology is moving forward rapidly. In theory batteries will increase in capacity so much that all of the energy produced by the panel can be stored to satisfy your energy needs even for the rainy periods. But off course there are places with more and there are places with less sun, so it depends.

the price really didne go up compare with those altcoins, i see people not concern this coins since last pump, most people get stucked while the big whales get enough money and leave

i am small investor of POWR , i don't concern  about price in short time ,i will hold for one year  .maybe POWR will pump high in next year.

Well usually these coins will increase in value with the more exchanges they are on. Especially big ones like Bittrex and Binance.

I think most projects nowadays strive to get onto those two exchanges.

Why? You don't need to look so hard on where to buy power ledger, you can find it in Bittrex, Binance, Cryptopia, Kucoin exchange, now i think is good time to buy in again, there is good dip now to scoop some more, could expect a rise at first good news.
