If the birth of several batch has not yet been used in the old contract, then in the new contract there will be again 10 batch, or just as much as not used in the old one? That is, it is better to make the remaining batches in the old one or not?

If you used no batches in the old contract, you will have 10 batches to use.

If you used, for example, 3 batches: you will have 7 left.

The new contract will "remember" how many were used.

I hope this small ICO funds can helpful to TME in a bigger way, by covering listing fees for major exchanges.  

This step can improve TME value and attention.

It is very good solution to get funds for further development in different areas including listing at exchanges. These are limited genesis accounts in total of 200 which are equal to 150ETH. This amount is sufficient to carry on different activities which dev has mentioned in his offer.

Ideally, if Nova receives enough requests to fix the issue, they will fix their wallet and TME holders will be able to withdraw their TME.

Sending a request to Nova to fix the issue would likely be the best next step. The developers will email them as well, but cannot control how Nova handles the situation.

Good thing I never sending any token to Nova but unfortunately I have 2k timereum stuck on his way to child wallet. Well been there for so long. I don't have the eth to cover up the out of gas fees for the moment Now, it is okay if my token sitting there in the middle of the? They not gonna burn right? I don't sell it to Nova because I think the price will raising up on some of other exchange but you had announced the volume 2 of TME and maybe that will be the end of the last timereum and it will be interesting if we can exchange it with the new one
