I don't think that Bitcoin will be an appropriate course in those kind of Programs which is related in IT. And what will be the coverage if it is one? As far as I am concern everything in Bitcoin can be learned just by going through the internet, and you really don't need to have a professor to teach something like that as it is totally out of the curriculum for the majority of the courses. It can be a lesson in one subject but it cannot be one course for a whole term because it is just a cryptocurrency which is not related to any programs.
Yes bitcoin may not be appreciated to teach as a subject in colleges because it is not a subject. It is coin, a crypto digital coin. Because till this time students of any faculty never taught of anything like that. But if it is taught to professionals in practical life then it may possible. Because student have no concern to earn money in many countries. Their fee and dues are paid by their parents. |

In my country there is no university that teaches about digital currencies like bitcoin, but the students themselves learn about bitcoin.
I think your idea of adding a course on digital money like bitcoin is a good idea, in addition to adding insight can also add additional income.

It is actually a very smart thing because students can invest and save for their future and also pay college fees with the money they get that is how this all works and that is what i have been doing here for the last couple of months.
I am also looking forward to the day when bitcoins and the blockchain technology will be taught to the students of all level. It is going to happen someday and I hope it is sooner. As you said, many students will be able to meet their expenditures and it wills relief all kinds of financial stress. |

with the increasing number of bitcoin users in the world, maybe bitcoin should be a discussion and incorporated into the courses in each University, especially in economics majors. because bitcoin is the latest economic system that can be a solution to the economic problems in various countries.

This is a great idea but long process i think bitcoin is popular only to all members of bitcoin and to all who invest money. But colleges they dont recognize it as a subject for college. |

I think its more appropriate if bitcoin discuss in the college so they can understand what is bitcoin and so they use it in the future. If they allow in my country to teach bitcoin in school I will agree much better to teach bitcoin than to the playing games and watching xxx sites. |

I am sure that in the coming months, Bitcoin can be a part of the discussions in many classrooms. Now, instead of focusing more on Bitcoin, what should be discussed is the technology behind Bitcoin which we all know is Blockchain Technology. I think that is the game changer of this whole thing and it can be applied in so many industries and can even be applied in schools.
I do not agree if bitcoin will go to school because I think the inclusion of bitcoin to school meals will have many negative effects on the learning outcomes of students in the school |

I think it is really helpful if bitcoin is taught in colleges but only to those course that can relate to it. Course with IT and accountancy or businesses because it wont be hard for those students to catch up with it. But if you are going to include it in other courses not in IT or accouting and business, students will have a hard time.

Its a good idea to implement. 70% of graduated do not have jobs related to their subject. Many even do not jobs as well.
I am sure knowledge on bitcoin will make them independent earning.

Eventually Blockchain Technology will be a course in universities, especially technology heavy colleges because there's a ton of work and jobs surrounding it now. After that it will be just a common class you hear about and people specialize in.

Sounds good, but the study may take more years to implement, there's much more to prove by blockchaiin how they works and how important it is to considered it as a course. |

Bitcoin has not yet been recognized in our country. But currently, the subject of information and technology has been included in the textbook. Information and technology education has been compulsory in all education institute. There is no longer much of the time that Bitcoin will take a place in the lesson.
