Do you agree in death penalty?

I agree in the sense that people should be afraid in commiting crime. That a life costs their life if they were responsible for it. But I don't agree when the government will be the one who will kill the guilty. I would rather want to put them in a rehab to make them realize what they have done. Most probably hard to happen but it will be good for everyone right ? Evaluation though must be critique.

no, i don't. humans some time messed up sometimes they are just plain evil sometimes life make them evil whatever the reason there should be prohibition or life sentence. death penalty is just cruel

50-50 decision. At some point i do agree, but i some point i just want really bad people not just die, but contribute something before they died. I mean like to become scientifical experiment or make use the parts of body for clinical research like to find cure for cancer. You know that, they have to die, but why not do something beneficial before they die.

The liberals will never allow it. It is a criminal offence to experiment on humans. So did Hitler. It ended by the Hague Tribunal. No the death penalty should be desirable that it was painful if the offender bullied his victims, but liberals will not allow it.

Not everyone deserves a second chance depending on the level of crime committed. For someone who kills another individual due to error or self-defence, then that deserves a second chance but not for someone who willingly commits the crime to kill or someone who kidnaps another individual for ransom then later kill after collecting such ransom that does not deserves not even a minor chance to talk of second chance.

I think this one is a very good idea. Although I don't agree in experimenting human it could be a very big help if we donate some body parts of those criminals. For example, those eyes for the blind, their blood, kidney, or heart for the  patient who need it. They can be useful before they die.

Exactly those criminals should not be given second chance as they are ruining the life of victim and also their families and that loss cannot be recovered by any means so in that case those criminals should be hanged till death.

Oh really? Do you also believe that the plants and animals you have eaten are just borrowed from god and he's the only one who has the right to take them away from us? Remember that death penalty is a punishment for those who commit unforgivable sin, unlike animals and plants. We've been eating animals long before death penalty became an idea. Criminals were just killed, but animals were killed and eaten. Now tell, who was the one claiming that "RIGHT", humans or God?

I somehow agree with the death penalty because as what we heard from the news that there are a lot of incidents including the death of innocent people then why would not agree on death penalty. But I am still pro-life. I believe that there are many ways on how to make the bad people suffer. Instead of killing them by death penalty, why not make them suffer little by little then let them feel the pain.

We are pro life and we don't want to see other people die from their sins. But in order to protect innocent victims.

I do too. Death penalty is something that should be legalized. Those heinious criminals doesn't fear anything and kill those innicent souls out there. Babies most specially and the old individual.

Yes I agree! Its the most convincing punishment for the notorious criminals in order to lessen the crime in a country. Did the murderers think about who has the right to take lives before killing their victim? Person like that is not needed in the society and doesn't deserve a place on earth even in a prison cell.

I would like to agree.  As you said it is thr most convincing way for the criminals to think of or think twice if they will continue to do crimes.  If death penalty will be imposed then people will think better if they deserve or they will think twice whether to do such crimes.  People are looking on the life of the person or the criminals but how anout the victims.  The innocent vicyim who were done criminality by evil minded people.
