It depends on where is your exchange located. While the team keeps the exchange and the crowdfunding site as different platforms, there won't be a problem at all - after all, you'll still be able to fund projects. it's true that there are several exchanges that are being questioned right now by SEC in USA and that's affecting their users (Bitfinex) but I expect that to be solved in two years from now.

The value of this crypto project will totally skyrocket after this ICO because people and organizations can easily use this right away. I think that they say "stock exchange" they mean coin exchange. It is going to work like etherdelta? Which I like it because it's decentralized but the waste of GAS is unbelieveble
