Suprnova has, depending on the current network hashrate, between 35 and 43% of the network weight, so in order to support decentralization and prevent a 51% attack possibility, could you please recommend any other mining pool? I can recommend https://zenmine.pro/ with 0% fee or https://luckpool.org/ with 0,5% fee and 10% jackpot for the block finder. https://zen.2miners.com is also good and supports solomining as well. Sorry, but I only have personal experience with Suprnova. I only make recommendations based on personal experience. Suprnova is mediocre at best. Well, then tell us what's better? luckpool is fine, so is zenmine.pro. Im not saying Suprnova is bad, just average. After running on zemine.pro (it showed me around 10% reduced hashrate than any other pool and keeps the block fees) I am now running my cards on http://zen.catspool.org and would like to recommend that pool. It has zero fees and pays out 100% of the block reward and block fees as well. The only thing to mention is that to protect from poolhoppers catspool reduces the shares a little bit if you participate in less than 50% time of the round. I doubt that. The only way to compare pools is by running 2 identical rig or GPU at the same time, not the next day and to look for the rewards 24-48 hours later. Luckpool was the best when I did it. I was at zenmine for about three days and a week at luckpool before. Now I'm already a few days at zen.catspool.org and it's the first pool I found with 0% fees, a nice overview chart and no downtimes on the miners or front-end at all. Also, as I said, my hashrate was reduced about 10% at zenmine.pro compared to any other pool I have tried yet.

I didn’t read an announcement here but wanted to say thank you for the recent payouts to all eligible secure nodes. Never doubted that you guys would solve the challenge. I also believe that the payments for the days where challenges were not properly working were fairly solved!

I understand suprnova has most of the hashrate, however I just didn't seem to get as much mining on zenmine.pro, even though it had zero fees at the time.
Now it might just be variation since it was a smaller pool, however I did mine for close to a week on zenmine and still it didn't match payouts from suprnova. Do your own tests but this is one of the reasons I'm happy with the larger pools.

As I said two posts earlier, it's only zenmine.pro which has that issue, as far as I can tell. Maybe you could try anther pool, like zen.catspool.org as well and give another smaller pool a try? anyone here mining with 750ti?
can you share me your hashrates
I'm mining with another care, but maybe you can find some answers in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1691798.20

The Road Ahead for ZenCash
Rumors say the privacy-focused cryptocurrency ZenCash could be listed on Bitfinex or Binance in the near future. Listing of the coin is essential in order to gain further popularity where it would attract the attention of more investors. Also, ZenCash partnered with IOHK, a technology company that aims to provide peer-to-peer financial services and the team behind Cardano, to advance private and borderless transactions.

miningpoolhub.com does very well, FYI.
It is on par to whattomine.com projections. Tested suprnova, zenmine and miningspeed before it and miningpoolhub.com turned out to be the best one.

its getting late for ZEN, its almost like they missed the boat...
Contrary, you should investigate more about Zen. There are over 6k nodes online, we could say we have most resilient and the most secure network at the moment. Team expands, every day new people are joining community, and giving their support. This project becoming more and more sophisticated and professional every day. numbers of nodes doesn't mean anything and I know a lot of shitcoins with bigger communities, a lot bigger. If those are your arguments then Zencash is doomed.

Please share with us why do you think so? Why is Zen doomed? Secure nodes are not the same as master nodes and almost everything is different in this case. Secure nodes establishing full encrypted network comunication between wallets - nodes and nodes to nodes. This number matters, and we are realy suprised with such interest for nodes. ZenCash has best and most secure network at the moment. https://blog.zensystem.io/secure-nodes-why-are-they-important/The ZenCash and IOHK partnership will entail an exciting series of research and development led by Prof. Roman Oliynykov, a cryptographer, IT security researcher, lecturer, and IOHK Research Fellow. https://blog.zensystem.io/zencash-rd-partnership-with-iohk-and-goals-for-2018-video/We are working on listing on various exchanges. Everyday something new happening, we have ongoing Twitter campaign, from time to time small bounty programs and if you follow us on Discord you can get instant informations. I would rather say that this is just the beginning.

Seems to me that some people are getting upset about the fact that the zen team has been clear that they are playing the long game. Focusing the vast majority of efforts on the long term tech CAN potentially have a huge payoff. But only if the more vocal, well known, established and marketed coins don't offer anything even close in competition to kill you off as the vastly better marketed coin will win the market share unless it's trash because most people do not understand/or care enough about the tech to see why zen is/will/can be better. They hear privacy coin and think they're all the same. while hardcore users may know the differences that barely worth mentioning when it comes to any total market. There are even plenty of people who are fairly well versed in this scene who haven't even heard of zen. Roger Ver and CNBC are perfect examples of this. They both aggressively spew complete garbage all day and tons of people lap it up.
The big boat for the previous stage of awareness, user growth and $$$$ increase was missed. that is a fact. right now there are only some smaller tug boats in this market per say. the bullish euphoria around the end of last year was an opportunity zen did not capitalize on for a few reasons. Some clear to everyone and maybe some only the devs know. I feel as though those opportunities are important to take advantage of because the pace of growth and leadership leap frogging is near unprecedented. It all counts. this year will be very different then last and 2019 will be that much different again.
We are now stuck in a corrective phase for the entirety of the crypto market. Therefore any good news might as well be no news and any great news might as well be only good news etc. It is wisest to market and explain your product when the audience is starving for it. Right now not many are even hungry. You could drop some "zen will be on binance" news right now and it's effects would be drastically lower than just a month ago when people were desperately wanting news. Hopefully bullish spirits get flowing again before there is any great news and hopefully all that happens before governments make this even harder for the masses to understand/like/adopt.
Coming back around. "people are getting upset about the fact that the zen team has been clear that they are playing the long game". This is something that could potentially not be an issue and work out great, but the fact is this could be an issue down the road that simply was avoidable in the first place. I hope this "white night" stuff doesn't come down to being naivety that slowly hinders the project. I'd argue the transparent, do right, long term tech plan is solid but there needs to be an entirely new attack vector for short term growth and awareness at all times. The competition is out there aggressively scheming, paying and in some case straight up lying to beat you. Most people can and will never see through that unless you counter it.
poorly formatted, i know. I just rambled as i thought. just some things that popped into my head from a decade+ portfolio manager experience.

they use "long term" to explain their incapacity to compete with other private coins IMO. It was the best project out there but they dont have the team (atm) to make it happen fast enough IMO. People lose interest quickly in the cryptoworld.
Of course you can be optimistic about it and refuse to see the problems, its your money after all, you can do what ever you want.

i disagree. I think they can and are making a good product. as good as most others at least. this entire space is still long term, it's all in its infancy. if anything it appears the "makers" here might be missing the money side and marketing side powerhouses they need to compete. it's still early enough that i don't see it as a failure yet, but it is worth noting.
