This thread is becoming a joke lol whether its true that their CTO is in jail because of whatever reason and the team is a scam just as some claim then I guess that CTO deserves to be there rubbing his bar. To me, I'd like to see this crypto version of AirBNB to be realized.  I hold some of these tokens which is why I want this to have at least a gradual success.
I think we all agree that the idea behind this project to tokenize real estate market and to be the first AirBnB on the blockchain speaks to me even now.
Are they able to do this? This is the real question.

From what I know this is open source and everything is easily available on Github. Bitcointalk is so big and there so many investors and bounty hunters from this community. We need one who will look into this code and tell us what this is and how far they are with development. Is this garbage or worth something? I think there should be somebody willing and able to do.

I don't want to talk any more about price predictions because I don't think we will see any positive movements soon. Short spikes and deeper deeps this looks to me as a killer bearish pattern confirmed from months. What to talk about? You can't win with facts.

There is still a problem with regulations in different countries. I just can't figure it out how such a property can be legally tokenized online.
Who will be the owner if I buy 51% of tokens available? I have hundreds of other questions and can't find the answer in Atlant white paper.

You are absolutely right in your questions. But usually the legislation of the countries does not keep up with the technologies. So it was with the advent of the first cars.
Tokenization of real estate and assets is an indispensable process.
Nadejus, Atlant will be a real example of tokenization.

Anybody who bought a property in his life knows how much documents and work this is. Hard to imagine that with few clicks you will be able to sell or rent your property. This isn't possible and this will be not few clicks. I keep reading Atlant white paper and every time I read, I have a lot of questions and concerns.

Atlant says that they will make money because they cut off the middleman and this will bring significant 25% cost reduction. On the next page, they are introducing an army of people which will be needed for this paperwork. Not only this but managing services, arbiters, senior arbiters, lawyers, companies for digital signing and gathering all these documents. Not only those people don't exist yet and are not hired but they all have to deal with something new, which they first have to learn. This takes time of course and a lot of money.

Everybody is focusing on the platform launch and forgets that there are many more components and few of them much more important for this project. All pieces are needed together for Atlant to work and be useful. I just can't imagine that we will see first property tokenized and sold sooner as in 2 years from now. If you think realistic how much work has to be done to be able to launch Atlant platform then this is the only outcome.

Believe me, I have read a few times. I have to admit that this white paper is professional and explains almost everything. One of best white papers I have seen. Anyways I have doubts and that is why I ask my question and share my point of view to hear your feedback and opinions.

I see that first, tokenized property has to be worth more as 20.000.000$ which is again a concern for me. This is like closing doors for the rest of the market under 20 million. I understand that later they will let smaller properties to be listed but I don't understand why not let everything t be tokenized on the Atlant platform.

Why not start only with rental first to launch the application and stop Atlant token price from epic fall? Finally why they lied to us with their first roadmap and that app will be launched 3 months ago? This is obvious that they knew from the start that this will be impossible to deliver the application at scheduled in roadmap time.

I keep repeating this and will say again. Transparency is the key to success, especially blockchain startups.

Price is not based on the bounty payments my friend, it is based on the developments what they mentioned on the roadmap and they are taking lot of time for developments. This makes the community to think negative about the price.

I'm not sure the bounty pool is that big. But it is definitely much more than other projects. Developers overestimated their strength before the crowdsale

they planed make huge ico with huge bounty pool. they did not make huge sales becouse of some mazafakers. but they decide to keep their promisses.

We can't blame anyone for that, they planned it and i assume it is now reflecting on this side of the market they haven't done any exchange listings as follows they made some good progress on their project. This will make the atlant tokens alive soon when they have a products that can be use but of course we can expect a dump of its price because now it can be dump in a low volume and cheap price.

Finally good news from Atlant team. This still not launch but there is a progress and amount of work put in development is overwhelming. This platform documentation looks promising together with exchange preview. I have to say that exchange looks pretty good. Now let's hope for fast alpha launch. There are few stages to fully working platform alpha, beta and maybe other. So this will be not next week but we are closing to this moment every day. I hope this stop Atlant token from tanking. it would be enough if the token price stays on this level until launch.

Again shady behavior from Atlant team. I just posted in Telegram about Blocsksquare project because they will list a property soon on their platform. I will remind that Blocksquare is a real concurrent and started ICO long after Atlant. The hard cap for Bitsquare was only 300.000$. So these guys are a way ahead with their project for fraction of the money collected by Atlant.

Like I said, I posted about this in Atlant Telegram group because I think this is very important information for investors and project. Imadiettelly I was banned and as a reason, they said that I have an ad in my username. I posted frequently in this group. Never posted something controversial like today. Sometimes I posted in favor of Atlant to show support. Until today my ad which is there already 2,5 months was no problem. Only today when information was like I said controversial. That wasn't FUD, I don't wanted to spread FUD. I think this is very important to watch closely concurrence on the market. Especially when we are in the race to tokenize first property.

I'll add that there is nothing in Atlant group rules about ads in the username. I read pinned post and found nothing about. Like always don't matter that I'm an investor and lost a lot of money with them. When you post something they don't like. They will ban you without a warning. This is an example of how Atlant say thank you to investors after ICO. They should treat us gently and try to not upset anymore because they have already lost over 80% of my money. I think ICO is just a different world of investments and there are no rules. Every other company will never do something like this with his shareholder or even simple founder or investor.

This thread is becoming a joke lol whether its true that their CTO is in jail because of whatever reason and the team is a scam just as some claim then I guess that CTO deserves to be there rubbing his bar. To me, I'd like to see this crypto version of AirBNB to be realized.  I hold some of these tokens which is why I want this to have at least a gradual success.

I think we all agree that the idea behind this project to tokenize real estate market and to be the first AirBnB on the blockchain speaks to me even now.
Are they able to do this? This is the real question.

From what I know this is open source and everything is easily available on Github. Bitcointalk is so big and there so many investors and bounty hunters from this community. We need one who will look into this code and tell us what this is and how far they are with development. Is this garbage or worth something? I think there should be somebody willing and able to do.

I don't want to talk any more about price predictions because I don't think we will see any positive movements soon. Short spikes and deeper deeps this looks to me as a killer bearish pattern confirmed from months. What to talk about? You can't win with facts.

We can't blame anyone for that, they planned it and i assume it is now reflecting on this side of the market they haven't done any exchange listings as follows they made some good progress on their project. This will make the atlant tokens alive soon when they have a products that can be use but of course we can expect a dump of its price because now it can be dump in a low volume and cheap price.

we can blame mazafakers as it was written who wrote fake blames to atlant. spacebtc as i remember. those fucks interfere so far.

Although I feel doubts about this project anymore. I kept believing because I do have a stash of this ALT. Its the only that holding me to keep an eye still on this project. I'm regretting a little but maybe they are indeed trying and the reason behind a project being fud is because those people knew the project will skyrocket just like AirBNB.

Although I feel doubts about this project anymore. I kept believing because I do have a stash of this ALT. Its the only that holding me to keep an eye still on this project. I'm regretting a little but maybe they are indeed trying and the reason behind a project being fud is because those people knew the project will skyrocket just like AirBNB.

I hope you are right. Tokenized properties are something new and I have to say that this idea speaks to me very loud. Like you said if they succeed there is a big chance for Atlant to be overwhelmingly successful. Atlant will surpass AirBnB and other startups for sure but we have to wait because I think the biggest challenge is in regulations.

You must be crazy to think ANY ERC-20 token will be able to rally in this current bear market. Conditions must be met first: 1. Bitcoin stops falling, must go into rangebound price action 2. Ethereum must recover, rally or go range-bound. And only then you will see ATL go wild. Traders and investors don't like uncertainty in the whole crypto markets.

Well we can't expect price to go up, even bitcoin price is plunging. Altcoins are going to drop until there is new things coming which right now is too dim to really see. Last year's bull run was really a one big opportunity and those who wasted the opportunity all for expecting bigger profit has to live with it now. I have accepted the reality that I'm going to be waiting for my tokens like Atlant to survive.
