I can see that people nowadays are busy searching on money and everything depends on money. People nowadays never go to church just because they would rather earn money rather than praise God. Others do not pay respect to elders  because they earn money for them or richer than them. Well for you, is money above all things ?

All of the people who are in these forum is aiming for just one thing, that is money. But, I don't really think that money is above all things because not everything in this world can be bought with money. There's a lot of rich people who has a broken family or who are lonely. There are some who are not contented and happy. So, I think money is really is really essential for living but it doesn't mean that you will be happy if you have a lot.

Yes and even the information will create a money it will be a knowledge .Money is just a thing a thing that you may use to make you happy but it will not last longer ,Happiness isn't all about money it is loving yourself .making importance etc.Be happy and use money in a right ways and not in bad .Money can be the spark of all bad things.

No. Anything you can buy with money is actually cheap. We can not buy love and someones soul. You do not buy it with money and only that counts when you are left alone in bed. All we want is someone that loves us without any coditions and with no matter of what happens with us or are we poor or rich. With right people on our side everything is possible.

Nowadays everyone is busy in earning money because nowadays if you will not have money then you will not be able to pay for the things you get for living your lie and people also often stay in touch with those people who will have a high quality life who have money.

It is right that everyone is bossy to earn more money to keep secure their future as well as for their daily needs. It is the money due to which a man is surviving in the society with dignity. A money-less man is not even countable among the persons just for advice in our society. If you are rich according to money then you will lead your life with great dignity in the society, but if you are not, so no one is ready just to hear you. Money is compulsory weapon in the life.

Without money in the modern world, it is impossible to survive and most people are engaged in an absolutely normal phenomenon in order to feed themselves and their families.

It is possible to service just go for your government that you are not getting money and there is no option to feed up myself if your country is like France or Switzerland or England. Love for God is not related with money. Respecting elders is a Good thing but nowadays the current generation don't seem to get along with the previous generation/s. Most of the people are only in love with money not with people. As much as I hate to say it but it's truth what you are saying money is above God, people and literally everything.

Money is indeed important, obviously. It is needed in everyday life, It is needed to satisfies one's need. But however, there are other things beside that are more valuable than money. Life doesn't evolve around money. There are things that essential in life but doesn't require money to be satisfied. It does need only simple things to be accomplished.

yes you are right that money is indeed important and also using to exchange good and services in daily life base but i would tell you that if you are having money then you can exchange good and services if you are having not then how would you exchanges good and services so in my opinion i would tell you that if you are having money than half of your money invest in the bitcoin to have a lot of money in the future that you should not need these questions once again.

Yes! Society today many people give money is above all. They look for ways to make money despite the lawbreak. Money is important to me, but not everything. If you do not make real money, they can not fly. Society now solves everything with money.

Money is good, it sustains life but for me i will not exchange God for money. God is the giver of everything both my life and money plus my other needs and my heart's desires. If i have much money but dont have God, i could also lost my life and my money could not give me another life. It is the unending desire of men that keeps them to strive more for money. I guess even if all the money in the world be poured out into their lap they still will not be satisfied.

Money can dictate a person whether he will do crime  or not. Money is the main thing to do evil works.

That's the reality in a capitalist economy but it is obviously not ideal and rich people often find themselves full of depression which is why suicide rates are high among the wealthy.

i think money is not above all things because although we can not live without money to buy something, we still need to pray with GOD. earn mooney is good but its better that we don't forget that there is a powerful hand that will help us if we are in trouble. if we can make our life balance between praying to GOD and earn money then our life will be happy and we can enjoy our life.

Yes, I love money but when it comes to the values, I would certainly go with the values. Just take the example of Bitcoin, there are some people who are in love with this technology and they believe that it will change the world for better and even it fails to do so down the road then still they would feel proud of being part of something which had the tremendous potential to change the world. On the other hand, there are speculators who are looking it as an opportunity to make money, I won't say they are bad but I am just highlighting the difference. When it comes to me, I find myself in the first category who also have the interest in the second category but it comes to the second place in the list of priority.

This seems to be one of those dilemmas that i took in a personality test - would you rather be the richest person in the room or the most loved? And to me, i would definitely go with the latter option instead of the former.

Money can buy you friends but when that money runs out, your friends will leave you. A relationship based on money is definitely not a very healthy one.

The study of economics defines money as a medium of exchange. The problem with people that you mentioned in the OP is not money itself. Without money we'd still be stuck with bartering and that wouldn't have triggered all the industrial revolutions and all that because we can't even trade efficient in society. It's people's greed, it's innate to be greedy, for humans.

The answer is a very obvious no. When you die you do not take money with you. People don't respect you when you have more money, in fact a lot of rich people are despised because they have so much money.

More money means that you're more greedy, in my opinion. Money doesn't cure greed, it only feeds it more.

I agree with btcney, i think that money is not something that is intrinsically evil or anything like that and i disagree with anyone trying to accuse money for being the "source of evil". It's like saying bitcoin is bad because it funds the dark net, it doesn't make sense at all. Everything has its pros and cons. Ultimately it comes down to whether you are greedy or not.
