Money above all things, Yes or no ?

Money is just a tool for ensuring my life and then one who i love. It will never be above respect and values, it doesnt makes me better than others. I work hard for it, but never measure me for the amount of money i have, i'm like all of you guys.

All of us need money ,but it does'nt mean that we need to praise money above all things.By the guidance of god we receive all his blessings through him.Money is just an instrument for everything that we need,we need it for our everyday purposes so we value it and it is important to us.Without money we cannot survive so we work hard to earned .But for a reason money cannot buy happines we need to be contented of what we have now and being joyful in our life.

I hate reading hippie comments. Right now, in a modern society, money is places somewhere at the top, just below your own life. Why? Well because no one wants to do anything for free, therefore whatever you need to survive, you'll need to pay for it somehow, unless you're living in a jungle in a tree house. In the end, yes, money is placed well above most of the things.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that true love, happiness,etc.. isn't important but that won't pay for my bills or put food on the table.

money is not everything but without money we can not live, but money is not everything. health can not be bought with money and happiness can not be bought with money.

But if you have money, you will have a better chance of improving your life. Without money you are going to die in agony, but with money you will have the chance to survive. And you actually can buy happiness with money, at least you can try to. But without money all you will have is sufferings and sorrows.

I think even if you don't have money as long as you have dignity, you respect yourself and other people, you don't do bad things, you have a chance to improve your life. You don't need a lot of money to be happy and successful. Simple life is enough. And last, sufferings and sorrows in not only you have when you don't have money. You will have lessons to be learned in life.

You will always learn lessons in life if you have money and also if you don't have money but i think money makes it easier it is not that it is needed but it makes life easier for all of us i would rather cry in my Lamborghini than go back to my mom's house and live in the basement.

yeah but not all things can be buy with money. like for healthy, if we get sick and we are almost in the end of our life, the money can not help us although we have big money than other people. we can see that people is trying to search the money but we need to remember that money won't come to us if we only have purpose to be richer than other people without thinking them and share what we have to them. if we want to search money, we should attempted with knowing our limits and not push ourselves too hard and beside that we need to spend our time to our family too.

On my own idea about money above all things, it is no because there's a greater things done money.  It's hapiness, love, trust, peace, and justice that can't buy money. You can live without money but you can't live without these things.

These are the things which are no doubt carries very much significance than that of money. But if we talk about materialistic things, then money is no doubt very much important. I believe this all depends on which thing we are comparing with money. If we are talking about friends, family or happiness than definitely money cannot buy happiness.

I agree with you, we cant deny the fact that in this world we need money to live comfortably, to not starve and can go on with our lives however its not above all things. there are few things that money cant buy like genuine happiness from your family because its priceless.

Well we all need money to supply our basic needs but I don't think money should be above all things because money can't buy you real happiness. A peaceful life and a healthy one is very important to me.
