hey guys can somehelp help? i missed something.. what is that governingtoken i got for my neo in the wallet? i dont find anything about it.

Well as far as I can see (and this is in the NEO-GUI wallet) the GoverningToken is your NEO and the UtilityToken is the GAS generated, it should show up in the wallet under the columns 'Asset' & 'Type'

I can not imagine what will happen to neo when China abolishes the ban on ICO and sooner or later it will happen.

NEO has reached a new all time high when its price crossed the $80 dollars’ mark. At the moment NEO is the 12th cryptocurrency by market capitalization. Its market value arrives at $5 billion dollars.  I think we get this price after this events:

The rise in NEO is a good sign but what you have to remember is that most of the fiat price rise is as a result of the rocketing price of Bitcoin. NEO is doing realy great when you look at the fiat price, but when you check out the Bitcoin price it's still down quite a bit from a few months ago. My holdings are now just breaking even against Bitcoin, and I think this is the price that realy matters.

No they are locked and every year will be released 15 or 10 or 5 million coins for pay developers and for many other projects.

They will release for pay developers until now they work for free looks like. Read down white paper.

This will be distributed slowly to not push price down, but mostly will hold.

Example of inflation
year 1: 50M to 50M = 0% inflation

year 2: 50M to 65M = 30%

year 3: 65M to 80M = 23%

year 4: 80M to 95M = 18%

year 5: 95M to 100M = 5%

year 6+: 100M to 100M = 0%

BTC = 4.1%

ETH = 15.1%

LTC = 10.7%

This is a giveback program for the ICO buyers. You need to post the private key of the ICO wallet you were using at the time, I'm assuming to prove that you were in control of that address so you can receive the giveback (in NEO or CNY).
