I bought over 200,000 antshare when price was a few cents and I sold all of it when price was more than 0.01btc I'm just a trader, not a bag holder 
for an expert trader, now is not a good time to buy NEO

havent they been advising the chinese government on regulating crypto... its my understanding that OTC trading is not banned and chinese regulators are waiting to meet on the 18th to set regulation on crypto and digital assets at their congress...

grow more mainstream awareness for NEO,
streamline the process for tipping posters and commenters (e.g., when asking for tips on their news/analysis/content),
incentivize better content on the Internet as a whole.

SENDING A TIP
The process for sending a tip is very simple. We use Gas. Once you load your assigned wallet with Gas, you can send a tip to anyone on Reddit (whether they have a NeoTip account or not) by saying something like:
/u/neotip 5.3
with 5.3 replaced with any amount of Gas you'd like to send.
If the user doesn't have a NeoTip account, we'll set aside the tipped amount with in a reserved wallet for that user, and that user will be notified about the tip.
The minimum amount of a NeoTip is 0.001. Any NeoTip you initiate for less than 0.001 (for example, 0.0009) will count as 0 and no NeoTip will be sent. We round down. So if you try something like 0.0019, it will be registered as 0.001 -- but don't worry, you don't lose the 0.0009, it's still in your account, it just never left with the other 0.001 NeoTip.
EDIT: the NeoTip transaction will occur between you and person you are replying to. For example, if you are making a direct comment on the post, the tip will go to the OP. If you are responding to a comment on the post, the tip will be sent to the commenter that you've responded to.
