Agree looks like fake news, Chinese announcement made while Chinese actually sleeping Somebody just made some good money on this.
I didnt found it on any official source. Price dumped to 36 USD, tomorrow, when NEO people will wake up and say it was bullshit, price come back to a normal for now 30 USD.

And I also agree, that it is very good coin, but Ive sold it for now, to make some extra money on this hype.
