Everything under 5 mBtc for 1 NEO can be considered as cheap, and this point of ~5 mBtc/1 NEO will not last to much time imo. After month, maybe two, maybe much sooner, NEO price will double.

I don't think this can be taken as fact. Probably just the thoughts of someone's wishful thinking (or overworked imagination), it would be nice it it was true though.
