Some thread out there already asked this kind of thought and once again I'll answer "No". Fiat currency will not be crushed or end. First, it is issued by the government. It will always have its place in the economy even in this time of cryptocurrencies. Just like how the government accept taxes in the form of fiat money and central banks support and manages this money. As long as there is a government who supports and issues this fiat money, it will not crashed the way like what you think.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

It's very possible, and it happened countless times in history, so I don't understand why a lot of people here say it's impossible.
Fiat money, as the name states, is about "faith", and it measure the trust people have in a specific country.
When, for any reason, this trust diminishes, the value of the money falls, there is hyperinflation and the country is in debt.
Of course, if we think about "dollar" this is unlikely, as we talk about the strong economy in the world.
But it's not impossible.

Fiat currencies are affected by inflation whereas cryptocurrencies will be an answer for inflation or financial downturn in a country.

Just as gold was abandoned as a currency because it was unsuitable for fostering economic activity, so too will fixed circulation cryptos like Bitcoin prove to be unsuitable for the same reason. The simple fact is that the world's economy is built on growth, and growth is fueled in some small part by inflation. The fine line the Fed walks is spurring economic activity and growth while also keeping inflation in check, and this is something that is impossible with an economy denominated in Bitcoin. Economic growth will dramatically slow under such a system.

Fiat will never crash. Fiat is the only money recognized by banks and are widely accepted and regulated by government. Fiat already exist thousands of years and is the mode of paymet used by people around the globe. It is more stable but with different value depending on the type of currency. And most importantly it is very important factor in our economy and its very impossible to get crashed.

I heard Robert Kyosaki is talking about the crashed of FIAT CURRENCY? when this thing will happen? how are we going to respond?
Many people will still prefer to use fiat money than digital money because their knowledge about digital money is still insufficient. Try to interview a people in your community about cryptocurrencies; I am sure that there are only few people that aware to what is digital money. We should make a move to spread our knowledge about digital money to the other people.

Are you sure? Try to explain you point of view to argentinian people, or to venezuelan, or to another country hit by a financial crisis!
Like it or not, fiat currency is just PAPER. And in any moment it could lose its value.
It happened a lot of times, even in remote age, and - you can be sure - it will happen again and again.

It can not be blocked unless the government wants it that way, what can be devalued, as in the case of Venezuela and its "Bolivar" fiat currency ... In general, devaluation can have similar consequences to the blockade of fiat money , but blocking it completely is not possible.

As long as there are countries that are still in a 3rd world level, and there are people who die or hunger and poverty, we cannot expect fiat currency to crash. Not all people have access to the world wide web, so we cannot phase out cash and fiat currencies.

I think it is not possible in the near future. Because the fiat currency have got a level in the market. The common people that have no idea about the internet and technology have enough knowledge about the fiat currency while they does not know about the crypto currency. It will possible in the far future the crypto will crash the fiat currency but in the near future it is not possible/

Fiat is more comfortable to use here in our place. And fiat will remain in the circulation of every country. Even though all scenario are posible to happen. But this thing won't never happen.

I don't think fiat will ever crash. At least not in our lifetime. There will always be a use for it, just like there will (now) always be a use for BTC/alts. We just don't know what those uses will be in the future, yet.

Until whenever the country will continue to protect fiat for being a symbol of the country, besides any sophisticated technology then the use of fiat will be used, a small example is we pay $ 5 for parking and of course use fiat because if using takes more than 15 minutes so it becomes a queue problem.

I agree that the legal tender will not collapse as there are many countries that mainly use the legal tender rather than the crypto currency on the Internet so there is nothing to fear because it will develop in the future and perhaps it will work with crypto currencies to create a safer Better system.

It seems that we need to agree what "fiat currency crash" means: of course it's very unlikely that fiat currency could be soon replaced by bitcoin or another cryptocurrency, because there are still too many technical and structural problem to solve.
But as someone already stated, fiat currency crash happened along all history, in some case very recently.
This is the reason why it's called fiat money: fiat=trust=faith.
When trust stops, the currency crashes.

Agree with you it is not possible right now but it is sure that price of bitcoin is going to increase with time so it is getting stronger than cash not only in price but in demand as well, now people use bitcoin more than cash currency because it is easy to use and you will not have to go to bank to submit and cash out your money now with bitcoin you will carry your account in your phone and it will remain secure and safe so it will not crash but the use to become less than bitcoin gradually.

I don't think so. Fiat money is related to the country's sovereignty. Fiat money always controlled by the government agency such as Central bank and monetary task force. That's why I can't imagine without fiat money in the current world.
every fiat money is related to the government's prestigious issue, If the government can't control the collapse of fiat money then people also will lose trust in the government system. that's why fiat money always plays an important role in this platform.
Everything is possible in this world. But I think that this will be very difficult and seems to be impossible. The fiat currency is being used by all the people of the world. All the transactions are done through the fiat currency only.Fiat currency is internationally accepted. All the countries use their fiat currencies.Although it is the time of digitization and cryptocurrencies are getting popular, still many are not legalised and some are also banned too.You can use fiat anywhere and anytime unlike cryptocurrencies.
Indeeed. Even though cryptocurrencies are very fast rising when it comes to popularity just like Bitcoin, still it is not an enough reason for people to make fiat crashed into reality and I think it is impossible and too far to happen in reality because people still tend to use fiat currency more than they then to use cryptocurrencies because still fiat is that worldwide circulating type of currency being widely recognized and used by the people.

No fiat money wont crash. Even though bitcoin will rise its popularity and the possibilities that it will be use as an acceptable alternative to fiat money yet fiat money wont crash. Why? Let us base from the history. Long time ago fiat money was already introduced. And until now still it is being used. To make it simple fiat money is an instrument use as excahnge with goods, goods and services in simple way of trading or marketing. Yet bitcoin could be an alternative exchange to fiat money. Bitcoin is considered as part of innovations of the modern world. However this fiat money is an instrument ready made for exchange while bitcoin could be also an instrument for exchange but u need to educate all the people in the system of bitcoin and also in the use of internet for online transactions.

I see the future as the peaceful coexistence of fiat money and cryptocurrency. Only combining these two things, we can build the better economy. IMHO.

Just only combining, we don't need fiat to crash because fiat is we use every where and crypto currency is only use of those people who only know about crypto.

As i did understand its not really going to crush the fiat currency. We knew that in order to have bitcoin or its alternate we used fiat currency to buy it.  And to use it outside in the real world you are going to use fiat currency. When will it happen? When the government will prompt us to use bitcoins and make it a rule to accept bitcoin as a legal tender. Its them who will do it. No private organization can do it.
