In my opinion fiat currency cant be stop by this new innovative cryptocurrency thats been up on the market because fiat currency is one of the major terms on buying and selling and it is one of the national treasure of every nation .
I do not think that it will ever possible, I think that fiat will continue for along long time. Even though the bitcoin users are now increasing too much but still i think that it can effect fiat so badly, because still majority of people are illiterate and they do not have any idea about computer and internet therefore i think that it will even take more than half century when all the people of the world will start using bitcoin. It's not like Bitcoin who can we drive the price of it down. What I mean is that the price of Fiat Currency is actually based on something, and the something is the economy of a country and it is really hard to make it crash just by whales selling a part of it as it won't be a really goo idea as it won't have any effect at all. As long as the economy of a country is strong and growing we don't need to worry about our Fiat Currency crashing. Besides who would want their own Fiat Currency to crash? |

Ummm...this is a very broad question. Fiat currencies fail all the time. If you mean worldwide then the USD, Pound and Euro would all have to fail. The countries backing these currencies are trillions of dollars in debt without any collateral to back it. The great restart button would be a war to empower fiat currencies again and create animosity amongst the different nations of the world. Lots of cryptos are recognized and accepted universally. Interesting isn't it?

I think this can not be happen, fiat currency is a part of our every day life, and all countries have their own fiat, even if there's have a crypto currency now the fiat will not be lost .

Maybe the OP is saying that it will crash like nobody is wanting to use it anymore but we are too far from it now and yet crypto is now only recognized by more people and i think that will takes years to happen and by looking the future it will be more possible that we may not use cash anymore in the next decades. |

I think there is no reason why fiat currency will collapse or destroy. Maybe most of the people will be much interested to gain cryptocurrency because of its value and most of rhe people are well educated in running on this business. Aside from that they can earn money even without investing but more or less people are interest in its potential to exchange with other crypto unlike the fiat money that when you go to other place specially to other country you need to exchange your money into foreign money. And ofcourse if this will happen crypto currency will also be destroy because this is what they want to earn more fiat money! If there is no fiat money they dont have any reason to mine or to get this kind of crypto currency because its values will be invalid or does not exist

It will happen only if all country will ban bitcoin for good. And or all the people will collaborate. And all the miners to be tracked down and arrested. Well doing all that is no easy work were talking about the community and the users around the globe i guess they wont get away easy if this will be done. |

Fiat will never be crashed or gone. Bitcoin is powerful because of fiat currencies. We know that bitcoin's price became higher because of its value in dollars. Without fiat, how can we monitor Bitcoin's price? We have to admit that we cannot use Bitcoin today if we don't use fiat because we use fiat currencies in our country. Fiat currencies are foundation of economy of a country so it is impossible to be removed and be replaced completely by Bitcoin. There are some reckless and hash policies by the government that can cause fiats to crash which can make people to totally lose all confidence in the fiat system. Take a look at Zimbabwe and how the Zimbabwean Dollar crumbled and then you will understand that is very possible for fiats to crash. So, if anything goes wrong with the way the government of most countries have been doing things, then the possibilities of fiat crashing is possible. Fiat will exist for a long time, and one of the main reasons is that it's the best tool for various frauds, illegal business, because money does not pass through the bank |

I think the extinction of our fiat money is surely possible but it takes a long period of time. We all know that we are now in the digital world so our currency also. We can easily access crypto thru the internet therefore internet plays a big role to our country. There are still countries in the world who has slow internet connection so it will be a serious problem. Yes, there are more possibility of crossing fiat money because now world is developing very fast and people are trying to pay and accept payment in digital money and that will be done only in digital money because card system is very fast and easy to used. |

However things get digital, the technology provides ease in each and every activity. Another thing is that cash is interlinked to each and everything, so without cash even our bitcoin will go valueless. Because, till date bitcoin is valued in terms of fiat though it's denomination is made in terms of Satoshi.

I think it is possible for the fiat currency that will be crashed and I think we can see in one year ago when the economy in greece is crashed, people don't believe with the fiat and it makes people panic and they move to cryptocurrency. and if fiat currency in the one or more country is crashed, I think there will be a chaotic situation in that country and it will trigger many demonstrations from the people that want the government to stabilize the economy of their country. but I don't know about this and I think it is better to us to prepare ourselves to face the bad situations in the future.

No, it won't be crashed. At least not in the nearest 50 years in developed countries. With the help of what means do you commonly evaluate the value of bitcoin? I bet, this is not gold. You use fiat currency for this because it dominates and will dominate.

yes and no its not, it can only reduce the use of fiat currency but i don't think it can make it stop being used
If we are only going to have to consider the long run when some generations will pass which I am sure it is not even going to happen even in 50 years or more, then we may say that fiats may be replaced a little bit. However, for now, we are still going to have to end up dealing with fiats. Some countries will adopt cryptocurrencies in a large way more than some countries which is why the extinction of paper currency is not going to be the same in every country but at a point in the future, this should be expected. |

Currently, fiat currency cannot be crushed because it is what most people use in their daily transactions. It will take years before they replace fiat currency. If the world will be conquered by technology in the future I think it will be most likely that the money we will be using is also digital. Anything is possible now a days, but fiat currency is widely used and more efficient today.

crash with what? cryptocurrent? i think fiat cant crash with crypto. they have different think. one is real and the other is virtual. and i think the government will take step to manage cryptocurrent. they will make crypto and fiat work together.
