Right now there's an issue with Stake, the chat box is on riot because all balances of the players are gone.

I don't know what the technical issue is all about, this is my first time experiencing this kind of issue.

No notification from their social accounts about what's going on.

It looks like the problem is solved now if there is any.  I recently am at the stake chatroom and everything looks normal.  Probably its just a system glitch and now it is fixed. 

Maybe only whales don't think about leveling up because they already have a lot of money and the benefits at high levels are not as big as the money they have, but small gamblers or gamblers with limited funds may be interested in pursuing high levels or leveling up because hoping to get a lot of profits that they can still use to gamble.

Afaik rakeback is not calculated based on your VIP rank, it is all the same 5% of the house edge.

Must be visual bug only, I think I experienced similar situation in the past.
There was even an opposite visual bug when my balance shown multiple times bigger than what I have.

Currently the rakeback is 5% of the house edge for all VIP rank user at Stake. The VIP-club page says that rakeback is 5%, and applies to all VIP rank. Moreover, check the VIP benefits page, they have mentioned about the rakeback in bronze VIP level only. They would have mentioned it in the benefits section of higher VIP rank if they were giving additional rakeback to them. The weekly and monthly bonus increase at each level, platinum rank receive extra reload feature. These informations are mentioned in the VIP benefits page.

It is not really clear where the problem come from, is it from your authenticator or is it an issue in Stake's system. You can try to use the time correction for the code first. If you use google authenticator in your mobile phone, go to setting-time correction for codes-sync now. Also make sure that you type the code correctly, copy and paste it from the authenticator is better to avoid mistake if you do it manually. I usually use this first when I had an issue with 2FA code, if it does not work then nothing you can do except contacting support as there might be an issue with their system.

OK, thanks for the advice, I completely forgot that Google Authenticator has its own time synchronization setting, I synchronized everything on my mobile device and pc, now it worked.

You're right, I am one of the users who have hit the 50,000x multiplier in this game or 500x in the buy feature I hit it on the 2nd buy feature with Bankroll less than $100
I played around 2:00 am local time after I hit that big win I couldn't sleep  indeed it's not my biggest wins but that's my highest multiplier record
It would be normal if the multiplier was 5000x because I had got it more than 10 times.

With 10 cents that would be around a little over 3 grand. That aren't that bad and if you want to make sure that you know how much he could bet, that means he could bet that much with 10 cents, literally 31640 times again. So if you win that just once, that gives you "free" 31+ thousand bets with the same 10 cents. Doesn't mean that you will make a profit, but you could get some good returns from that, which will prolong the betting as well, so you could reach 50k and even 100k bets all with 10 cents.

I would guess that at that point you either have a very unlucky period and lose it all, or you could get something major like this again and again. If the chance is once every 31 thousand times, then you could hit it 3 times in 100k tries.
