There is no solution which is 100% perfect to stop the spammers misusing the gambling chat.

There are certain solutions that can actually restrict spanners to a huge extent, but that would require setting intense restrictions which could possibly drive away legit gamblers thanks to the strict rules which is why casinos think twice before implementing these rules.

The easiest one to implement is that temporary ban the user on chat  who asking for money or spamming links after X no of times.

I have seen such rules in the trading exchanges platforms and it works perfectly to stop the spams.

It has been implemented since long time ago by Stake, seems that you are not an active player here. Stake has many chat moderators as well as a BotMod to minimize the spam. I believe there many accounts are banned (temporary) since the first day of Stake till this time. We cant deny the fact that spam does exist on almost all gambling site's chat, especially gambling site that has so many users like Stake.

No amount of restrictions, mods check and bot mods can stop spammers from operating on every gambling site chats because they will certainly find a way to target their prey and it can only minimize spammer but the totally protection is in the end of every individual. However, i still wonder why someone will trust a strange in the first place.

You can lower it, but if one person wants to spam, he could cheat the system as maximum as he can by risking a ton of money when he wants to. Just to give an example, it is 500 bucks to chat right? Well one person could have one 500 dollars, same 500 dollars, and try to play as close to 99% chance to win as possible, I think 98% or so?

Anyway, he does have a chance to lose, which is risky, you could lose on the first try as well, so it is risky. However by logic you can get 100 accounts give or take on average with the same 500 bucks if you are lucky, and after that if you lose, you lose 500 bucks but you have 100 accounts. Just keep on spamming and keep on begging and keep on trying for rain and so forth basically try your best and you could get something out of it those accounts as well.

Have you write the customer support on their site about the situation and have you send PM to Stunna before now?

Of course, you can, you have a daily 2 pm limit. Just contact Steve and I am sure he will gladly help you. I am sure, Stake team will resolve this issue but you have to give a bit more information regarding the blocked withdrawal request. Multi-account is also allowed and in the worst case, they will return the deposit to the original BTC address. Instead of complaining, my advice to keep talking with their support team and confirm your IP address with email and show the deposit receipt with taking a screenshot from your Electrum or another wallet. Showing the proof of payment will solve this problem ASAP and you will not complain to forum users without concrete pieces of evidence.

Just want to make a suggestion to the Stake team. When you go to settled bets, it is not clear sometimes to see why we lost a bet.

On my calculations chances of getting 5 WILD symbols in scarab spin slots is (1/30) *(1/30) *(1/30) *(1/30) * (2/41) = 0.000000060222824% and the payout for this win chance should be x16605000 (The bet amout 1 / 0.000000060222824% divided by win chance).

However in the payouts table it says 5 wild equals to x10000 payout.

As we all know, the house edge comes from a percentage decrease in payout in favor of casino. Can you please explain how did you got the 2.16% number? I'm not sure if that number is correct. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks.

There are other payouts other than the 5 WILD line, and since it's such an unlikely payout, it'll have a pretty small effect on the actual house edge. I haven't done the full math for all the outcomes to verify the house edge, but in exchange for the lower than expected 5 WILD payout, you get other more common payouts as well, which decreases the overall house edge. Your logic would work if you were solely betting on getting 5 wilds, but with slots, there's a large number of other payouts that you get.

For example, while on the hunt for 5 wilds, you might get just 4 wilds and still win a 2000x payout. Your calculation doesn't account for that (or any of the other paylines).

They are spammers and people who are trying to abuse the system, do you really think they care about getting noticed or not? They will try to abuse it as much as they can and they will try to not get caught but they know that they have a very slim chance of making decent money here yet they still do it.

I remember early days of primdice, there was literally bots to abuse the faucet system which was 10k at the time per try (bitcoin was very low compared to today) and a lot of people were using it, when you want to do something against the rules, you do not care about the rules, you do not care about getting caught, you are doing it to basically scam the casino, why would they care if they will be noticed or not, they are aware of the risks. This is not an advice by the way, this is to show how BAD people can be, I am on contrary to what you think, saying that it is a bad thing.

Yes, the chat may become a bit spammy sometimes, but it is really not that bad. The chat has become a VIP area now and that is just ridiculous. Take away the "rain" bot and you will get rid of most of the spammers... that is the real problem.

I have nothing against slots from a third party, but it's always nice to discover something new. I used to play Scarab Spin quite often, before Blue Samurai was released. No, you are absolutely right. You can bet with as low as 1 satoshi, and not only that. I just tried, it appeared that, in fact, you can bet with 0.00000001 EOS even! Most slots I know of have the minimum at $0.1-$0.2. So, for those who want to play with dust, this is the place. I personally like to be somewhere in the middle, betting with 100 sats, at least, because hitting 2,000x payout, like @Bitinity above, with your stake being just 0.00000001 EOS can be depressing.

Most slot games will cap out these rare payouts because otherwise someone could put $1 in and take $1 billion out  .  I can look into the exact payout formula, we actually incorrectly advertised this edge as 2.7% for many months but after running many millions of round simulations we found it to be lower and adjusted accordingly.

Just as a precaution (or for satisfaction ), maybe the team should run the simulation 10 billions time to get the data (including max win) as some mainstream provider did. Not sure how they got the number, but maybe there is some merit behind it. But the devs should be able to calculate theoretical RTP without simulation though.

That is always the problem, a minority of people abuse the system and the majority gets punished due to them. While it is a big increase, and much more difficult to reach for the small gamblers (like me), I can understand the reasoning behind it. Maybe in the future, they can find an optimum between 100$ and 500$.

EV of $500 wager on dice is a whopping $5. That's not asking for a lot especially since it's wagered amount and deposit size/bet size/etc.
