Almost as close as my bet is on stake.com, I have been using it for a long time and of course they are a strong competitor with other sites I am familiar with stake.com in soccer betting that makes me comfortable.
Yeah the odds are pretty good there with the daily reload bonus quite promising but it can be claimed by each member that makes a lot of people choose stakes as a very fair bet, I'm currently quite satisfied betting there.

I have limits on all basketball leagues, just named NCAA because normally there are high limits. Also on Tennis, Volleyball and so on.
I am up 8k$ lifetime. You dont limit somebody after that amount. Played myself up to plat 2 in 2 months only by betting, no casino bs. In other words I wagered 230000$ to win 8000$. Thats really worth limiting?
Also they limited me without notice.
Also they got rid of the max bet button months ago so when I want to make a bet and want to make a deposit for it I never know what to deposit as I dont know how much I am "allowed" to bet.

About the VIP host. Mine was clearly online as my message was read. 24hours no reply is not ok.
If you make people have to contact their host every 7 days then those hosts should at least do their job.
