I haven't wagered anything big though. My wagering activity was between $50k to $60k in both months. But I had a good number of deposits in both months. And my profit was negative in both months.

Long story short, the long waiting time was NOT worth it. The software is hilariously bad. How can they roll out something like that after testing it for like 6 months on their .us site??? No hand history, no real timer for "time to act", can barely see folded cards, no real chat (just draft options), ugly design, and so on.

And the freerolls, its a pure donk fest. The structure is terrible, just as the the whole software.

I havent tried yet so I have no idea how it feels or even how it looks like, I do not know what features are available in their poker room so I cant say more about it. I also not sure how the structure of the freeroll as I havent read it, I checked the prize distribution only which seems to be too many paid places for a $1000 prizepool. I'll try it myself later to feel a real experience of the freeroll, since it is free and this is weekend so I'll have time to play later.

Yes it is availble in the home drop down menu, I had a hard time in finding it hours ago
It will be nice if they create a special banner for the poker game so players will find it easily.
I played the freeroll today but not lucky enough to win big prize as I finished at 62th position and won $1.5 only LOL.
More winners is good for a freeroll but too much winners is not good as well IMO, so I think stake need to consider to revise the prize structure.

The design is simple, I won't address it as ugly though. Seems like they are just testing the game now with freeroll tournaments. The hand history and real chat could be available when this testing period will end. They are showing an animation instead of the seconds for the 'time to act'. However, the time to act is mentioned in the info page which is 15 seconds.

Anyone have some issue with mobile ?

I haven't faced this on Stake today. I have seen such page two to three times before when my internet connection was super weak.

Thanks for the info! I had to search that for a while. I was so sure that this would be some sort of weird prank and that i would just just find those old third party pokers, as surely they would have told us.  But they were sneaky! I am thinking it's part of the plan, to test it with a smaller crowd who founds it before the big announcement. I would be very surprised if there wouldn't be one.

This is really cool! Are those freerolls filling up instantly? I would imagine there's a change to get in if they aren't advertised widely.

Just want to give some feedback on the Poker Freeroll Tournament. I see the tournament takes 2 hours to finish. Ngl It is quite good experience. I have already managed to join 4 tournaments. There are times at the beginning of the tournament when I experience lag. But overall, the experience is smooth. It is just so annoying with players who are AFK and who take too long to make decisions. Hopefully, they lower the time to make decisions in this tournaments.

It is just so annoying with players who are AFK and who take too long to make decisions. Hopefully, they lower the time to make decisions in this tournaments.

How come does an AFK is still in the table? Does this player is not active since the start and still there until they lose all their chips on the small blinds? This is really annoying if this AFK player will be on the table for that long and keep using all the decision time.

Stake should automatically remove players that are not online since it’s considered as forfeit for not being on the table when it starts. I do a lot of Blackjack tournaments in the past but no AFK player allowed, I’m skeptical on how freeroll tournament for poker works because they allow AFK players which means they are still allowed to enter even the tournament is already in session.

Plus they are probably not even sure if it is working as well as they hope it would, so they want to first consider this stage as open beta, that way they would still have some people playing there, they would get to watch and see if people are having trouble of not. That way it would be quite good and would result with something much better.

Obviously it is not going to be easy, and a lot of people will not see the benefit of this, but the truth be told I think it is quite obvious that we are going to see this open beta be fine. That way they can fix whatever issues that they have, and it will get a lot better on the long run, they will move along while fixing all the issues and will not face with any trouble on the long run.
