Oh, man. You dont know me , and you don't know who are these scammers from stake if you really trust them. Of course i'm sure i didn't violated any rule.  I did 3 depos and busted. When i did the fourth (0.1 ltc) i played some dice and did some bets on NBA, i found out that my balance is frozen. At this moment i have on balance 0.11ltc (enough for withdrawal). I'm generally on negative profit on site and i have one account , and they know this.  They just dont allow me to withdraw what i have...22$, dirty cheap casino!

You wanted to play at this casino and you agree with their T&C which is very similar to other crypto gambling sites.  So now, they are requesting verification due to the suspiciousness of your account, so if you do not cooperate with their request your problem will not be solved.  With the size of the income of such a casino do you think it can afford to scam it for only $ 22?  Incredibly, they will not destroy their reputation that way.

Frozen balances for no reason (they can't explain what rule I broke), fake positive reviews on trustpilot, "support"  - guys from third world countries who act like bots, etc. Frozen balance = stolen money, cause i can't withdraw . I can't even tip someone or rain in chat. They have no reputation.

They have good reputation and i don't find many people complaining about them. However sometimes newbie like you come here to claim scam accusations but either they are violating any rule or the support team resolves their issues.
Do you think they will become rich by scamming your 22$ only ?

For sure they'll settle the funds to you or else provide you with the fund as a bonus, if the mistake is from their side. Everything with Stake is done with perfect plan and execution. It can be the maintenance, any promotion, etc.

Can you show the email from the support? Sorry to say but it is absolutely hard to believe that Stake is going to ruin their reputation just for few dollars. Simply, what they earned and what they give to players in terms of promotion every single day/week/month is hundred thousands times than that amount. There is no good reasons for them to scam you $25. There must be a valid reason why your balance is frozen.

When did this happened? Probably your account is under their investigation. Maybe you violated some of their rules without knowing it. I suggest to wait a little longer and we'll see how your case will go. I hope Stake to share their statement here about this matter. Stake has high reputation afaik.

Stake very rare to ask about their KYC thing. They only need it when they feel you cheating the site by make huge profit, especially if your account just registered on there (not all too) or leak the bug they have found

I believe it is the player's fault that the team is freezing the balance to not make a withdrawal maybe only temporarily.
$25 is a small fortune for Stake.com so I think you can prove a lot more if you don't violate I'm sure the team has the right conclusion on this matter so they talk about the multi-account players use.
I don't whether the OP uses a VPN to gamble on stake.com?

I think multi-account thing was a bit complicated back in the day in the even primedice days as well, it wasn't always fully understood. I remember very vividly and I know this is a true fact that many players had multiple accounts as "vault", now that we have it I am not sure if they do that, but back in the day I remember primedice people claimed faucets, and then sent that to a "vault" account, and they switched accounts, claimed faucet, send that to "vault" account and so forth to gather a lot of free money.

Now obviously that is not something that would be allowed, it was something illegal to do but not the multiple account part, the free faucet claim by multiple account part was the not allowed part obviously but people did opened many accounts with ease. However after a while there were news about multiple accounts not getting their money and not being allowed and so forth which confused me a lot but apparently it is not allowed now.

As I can see you are talking with Stake Integrity team, just do what you are told to do and you will have no issues. If you don't have multiple account that is the easiest and fastest way to prove it.

He already contacted stake's support. They told him if he can't withdraw his balance because of multi accounts. While he defend he never has any alt accounts. That's why he asks on this thread for help.
