When i did the fourth (0.1 ltc) i played some dice and did some bets on NBA, i found out that my balance is frozen. At this moment i have on balance 0.11ltc (enough for withdrawal). I'm generally on negative profit on site and i have one account , and they know this.  They just dont allow me to withdraw what i have...22$, dirty cheap casino!

When Stake.com started new VIP Program everyone who reached Gold was a VIP, It was changed a year ago to Platinum but every Gold VIP user who had their Host was not removed from the VIP program

Thanks Dusan for clarifying about it, so it means that users need to be platinum 1 to get the a dedicated VIP host.

I'm not really sure if the Lunar New Year Bonus is also given to brand new account but I think all registered accounts get it although it is just small amount in reload type.
If the bonus is a reload, anyone need to claim it because there is no automatic reload claim.
Higher rank gets higher bonus, yes it is true but it is not a guarantee as most bonus will be based on your wagering/gambling activity for specific period of time.
It seems that you misunderstand something here as it seems that you think that VIP manager is a user rank while it is not.
All ranks has its own wagering amount requirement, you can use the search feature and you'll find it in this thread as it has been asked many times already.

I asked them what rules I had broken. They did not answer, but only demanded documents and selfies. I said ok, first introduce yourself, send me your personal data and what is your function in the company. They answered - we are the stake team. Perfectly! My balance was frozen, without explaining the reason and  they (anonymous team) demanded all my personal data! Serious? Found a fool? Dirty cheap casino!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure about new accounts getting the bonuses from what I know if you're a vip you guaranteed to receive the bonus.

They backtracked his deposit and saw my wallet address which I used to deposit as well.
He had to do kyc and even asked me if I can do it as well.

If multiple accounts are allowed why would they do that? We never bet on the same thing, never participated in races or any other promos. Only "promotional" stuff we ever got was boosts or reloads and new vip rank bonus and according to several sources thats not an issue.

I do not get the cultural type of bonuses, like yeah it is Lunar new year bonus and it is lunar new year for some nations, but what about the nation I am from? We have special dates and none of that was celebrated here, I do not get why there are christmas type of christian related ones, and lunar new year related asian ones but when it comes to non-christian and non-asian ones there is absolutely nothing. Do not get me wrong this is of course not about stake, I just happened to come across to lunar new year bonus here as well but many many places do this, so I think this is not the first or the last place to do it, there are many places that does it.

However I just wanted to share that I do not get the idea of it, like why specifically certain cultures get their things celebrated whereas some other cultures have nothing to do with and never gets celebrated?

They have good reputation and i don't find many people complaining about them. However sometimes newbie like you come here to claim scam accusations but either they are violating any rule or the support team resolves their issues.
