Why do people try to claim that there was nothing wrong they ever did but still get banned for "no reason at all"? I mean obviously speaking there was something wrong there, and if you think that it shouldn't be, there is always a path to prove that you did nothing wrong, you could show as a data to prove that it wasn't something that was against the rules or anything and you could just show how what you did wasn't against the rules and be done with it.

If you can't prove that, that means you did do something wrong or you can't prove it because you have no proof in which case you will still be found guilty.

About 2 years ago, I had 3mB in my stake.com balance, and that's when stake.com started implementing 2fa, and they warned everyone to please have that extra layer of protection, at that time I didn't, and my balance it was gone, as a withdrawal was recorded.

When I contacted support, they told me that they had hacked my account and made the withdrawal, they asked me if I had 2FA and I said no, they told me that this layer of security would have prevented such withdrawal, there I accepted that the error was purely mine, It hurt me, because it was money I needed, but you have to be aware that they had warned about it, as a good gentleman I accepted my mistake, and I quickly corrected by changing my password and my 2FA.
