I do not mean to make people stop playing gambling, my main idea is to suggest anyone to not wagering/playing just because of the rewards for a specific account level.

I agree spending most of your balance just to reach the next rank can be risky at times. I remember darkstar did this strategy with sports betting and other platinum members also said it's possible but it's very time consuming.

Why not? Honestly, I would try to advance all the way to Diamond in order to claim the rewards which is basically a win-win for both me and the site itself. The site actually stands to earn more this way if you think about it.

There are so many ways to advance quickly these days such as races, bonuses etc which is why it isn't very difficult to wager a million as long you wager constantly on a long term basis.

Seriously, you are asking "why not"? If you are forcing your self to wager millions of dollar just because of the rewards, do you think it is worth the your risks?

So it will be difficult to have 50 different ID's and proof of address ...etc.. etc.     In any way, most of the users will fail the KYC/AML requirements.. because a lot of them are playing from "restricted" countries via VPN's.  

Scammers these days know how to bypass these issues by making their accounts seem trustworthy since they have a ton of experience with these things which is why KYC won't be enough in this scenario in my opinion. They need to implement additional rules in these cases to deter scammers.

Scammers are prepared for this and might they used a fake id which looks legitimate so that they can successfully cheat on the casino they want to attack. And for sure additional rules will be hard to take them especially if the frauds knows how to manipulate things especially we have available VPN's around which they can use a different IP's.  I believe a combination of fake id and vpn will give a hard time for a casino to spot a fraudulent activities .

Reality indeed. Scammers are also learner, they can easily bypass those rules that the house implemented by preparing fakes documents.
 
They are well aware to what the sites/house will ask in order for them to escape whatever illegal practices that they've doing. It's tough for the business to track it down and there are chances that those scammers are enjoying taking advantages with the house.

That's why sometimes it really need a hard documentation like asking a selfie verification so that the frauds cannot easily escape if they had been call their attention for some suspicious activities, but I believe the other members will not like this since the essence of anonymity will gone that's why this need a proper explanation by the house on why they will implement it if they have plans to do this in future.

It isn't pessimism: it's expected value.

Even if you were to take part in the lowest-edge games, you're looking at a ~0.5% edge across $5,000,000: multiply the values, and you face an edge value of $25,000. Although there are some +ev opportunities if you catch them, the VIP system is not necessarily the hook that captures gamblers, but an ongoing incentive to maintain their habits. Obviously, if you expect to gain more in rewards than your expected loss, then Stake would probably have to start doing some more math regarding their business model!

Does anyone here know how to fix or disable auto-rotation on the Stake platform?  Because even though my phone's auto-rotate is locked, it still follows the rotation (landscape) when I'm on Stake.  Just as when lying down and sideways, it automatically rotates to landscape.  I do not see it in the account settings.

Dont you think it is an issue with your phone? I tried it myself after reading your post and it does not go to landscape once I set my auto rotate off. It must be an issue with your phone or browser imho, is it happening when you open any other websites on your browser?

Mine also works as intended, no auto-rotate stuff.
@Text you should restart your phone if you have a problem with auto-rotate. Sometimes mine stuck like yours, but it will behave correctly after a restart.
Other than that, it might be a problem with your browser or browser settings.

Maybe your browser is outdated,
I think think this is the problem with your browser, you can check again after updating your browser. After updating and if the problem is not resolved, you can try using the desktop mode, turn on the desktop mode from your browser, hope it will be fixed.

Advanced KYC verification is definitely the wrong option since most gamblers like me sign up on crypto gambling sites to avoid these issues. Another reason is that crypto gambling sites allow gamblers to bypass the rules of their government against gambling.

They should focus on some other solution to keep away scammers and allow their players to continue playing anonymously.

For example, they could only allow players of member rank or above in this forum to participate in their giveaways.

Check it out through browser on PC and find out if the same thing happens. But if it's not and on PC it's working, just like what they've said. It is your phone that has the problem with the browser. Either of the two just like what they say. Or kindly use another browser through your phone by downloading another one.

Are you use custom ROM? it's mostly can't be fixed without using a third-party application. If using firefox, maybe you have tried to disable it on display setting

Maybe it can be disabled in the browser your using. Have you tried to look at your settings in there first?
I noticed it stop in my browser when I am using my mobile when away from home.
Firefox doesn't work to well for the site atleast from my experience and have used chrome instead to clear up any issues I have had in accessing the site in the past.

I don't think my phone is an issue because I tried it on another site but it is not like that.

So most likely the issue is right there in the home screen app.

No, I don't. Only Stock ROM, my phone is not rooted.

My phone and browser are updated.

This issue happens in the brave browser before, this is a bug > Auto Rotate < but mostly will be fixed when they reopen close the application. this bug happens in 1.13.85 version, but when happening in stake platform only, better do not add in your home screen, just bookmarked it on your browser.

The number associated with your ticket # shows how many tickets before yours has been claimed so far in the raffle/giveaway.
The last one I received was ticket #45848.
The previous ones were #389487 and a few numbers after since I received them in quick session.
Megarace is starting in half an hour so we shall know soon enough who are the 1000 ticket winners.
