This is a more recent chat I had after being blocked.
Apparently the game does not work the way they want it to work.

You haven't played very much at all on stake, yet you you managed a 2BTC hit on that game, a 5000x multi, which is almost 5x bigger than any other player, and you were betting the max. You also have the biggest wins on two isoftbet games, a provider that was removed due to players figuring out a way to abuse them.

Just spill the beans.  All the details, not just the ones that make you seem innocent.  "I've never taken any bonus or free spins" is vague and probably irrelevant.

You've been playing on stake for just under 2 months and you're up quite a bit, not down.  Just the one big hit on on Book of Sun is almost as much as your total wagered.

I can see some of your biggest wins because they have leaderboards and you have a few high scores that are significantly greater than your total wagered.  So even if every other wager were a total loss (basically impossible), you'd still be a winner.  

If you are truly a victim here you should share as much information as possible (obviously nothing personal).  You don't seem to be doing that right now.

This makes you seem not credible to me: You claim to be down big, yet we can see that in 2,555 bets you've wagered (by todays value) ~$111,000.  We also know that of those 2,555 bets 238 of them were profitable.  We also know that of those 238 winning bets, 3 of them gave you a profit of ~$117,000 (by todays value).  $117,000 > $111,000 - and that's without even calculating how much you made from the other 235 profitable bets.

You are obviously not watching the English "Chat" then, because people are willing to sell their first child for their Monthly Bonus.    This is one of the most anticipated events on this site and you will have mass riots if this feature is cancelled. 

Ask any of the mods on the chat channel and they will tell you ...."When is the Monthly" is the question that are asked the most in the chat and other platforms. (Twitter / Telegram / Twitch etc.)

I believe it was not $500 bet but it was $50k bet (buy feature) as we all can see under the Big Wins leaderboard of the Sweet Bonanza game.
The players did it many times obviously as there is 1 username only for the top 3 on the leaderboard.
Only huge whale who can afford to bet/buy feature at $50k, I wonder how many negative bets he got while playing that game but I hope his big win $2.5M gave him a nice profit for his gambling session.

It is still incredible, 50k bets are not something to scoff at and 2.5+ million win is unbelievable, even with a 50k bet.
