As per my understanding, the words up to 20% means that it can be any number starting from 0 till 20 as the maximum.
You may complain if Stake said something like "you will get extra 20%" but in fact you get lower than 20%.
I do not try to defend Stake, it is based on my general understanding about the words or phrase.
I'm sure most people have the same understanding as me that the words up to does not mean as a fixed number.

But regardless, if you say a number is going to be "up to" 20, and then the number ends up being 15, then your initial statement is not false.  Ask a 5 year old to explain it to you if you still don't understand.

Probably due to the lag caused by online users, similar issues here too. Try stake.bz or choose the alternative mirror website from the list: playstake.io New mirror website is faster than traditional stake.com, from my experience.

It is usually 12% for level 2 verified and 13% for level 3 verified users, the new boost levels sound like a good idea. The more verified users mean the Stake team will get the next license fast if they ever apply for it. The 20% boost should be on the weekly wager btw, not on the base VIP level reward.

I am upset that I wagered on Hamilton to win, but I am super happy that Hamilton lost because I really wanted to see a different champion. I just wish that it happened in some other manner, it would have been a lot better if they just raced regularly and then the result could be definitely be same result and I would still be happy with it.

Lastly considering this Stake should consider stopping payments on this for 72 hours at least till we know Mercedes Mercedes appealed or no, and if they didn’t then they can pay to whose who wagered on Max win.

Well Mercedes appealed but the F1 denied the appeals so I think it is official that Max won and thus all bets on Verstappen to win the championship should be payed out.

That's why I am no longer making wager to get prize from their $1 million race. Because, there is no guarantee whether I will be able to stay or not in the top 5k with around $100k wager. And the amounts aren't worth for the last few prize ranges. Anyway, we have nothing to complain. Every casino runs the wagering contest in the same way. Almost 60% prizes are given to the top few users. Although, the contest is harder at Stake than other places. My rank is almost double of yours with $23k wager.

It is a diamond race, only plat 5 and above users have a chance to win big on both races or raffles.  Wagering millions and expecting rewards of less than 500$ is quite disappointing for high rollers.

BTW, who managed to beat Eddie's slot??  The Mystery bonus round in Christmas Carol Megaways doesn't give a nice boost during 10 spins but the other options can pay huge with big multi up to 15x. Usually, 4 scatters in normal gameplay but I hope the next bonus round will hit 5 scatters soon. Min bet of $0.5 with a double chance is also big for average gamblers and it will be a hard task to beat Eddie, IMO.
