I had an account (which is closed) on Stake.com where I was Platinum 3 and am at 83% to Platinum IV and at that time I had no idea that you could get VIP benefits from a VIP Host something I did not know anything about . I have wasted a lot that time.

Why was your account closed?  It seems like after putting in so much effort to reach a level of being able to claim VIP rewards, you wouldn't want to just close the account.  It makes me think there was some sort of wrongdoing on your part or maybe you just decided you don't want to gamble anymore and asked that the account be closed.  In either scenario, I'm not sure why you'd now think it should be reopened with the same level of rewards.  Please explain this a little better, as I think the WHY you account was closed is probably an important detail here.

I play with small bets. And haven't seen a 1000x keno hit until yet.

I always play with limit.
For example, if I bet $0.10, I put everything but $5 in the vault and try my luck. If I get over 10$, I put 5$ in the vault back again.
If the 5$ are gone I switch to plinko or scarab spin on 3 lines.

But also just for pure fun and not with the intention to close with profit. I look at it more like a computer game...

Bonus program is not something you need to join imho as most bonus program is automatic like the referral program, VIP program, or others. Do you have several accounts (maybe self referring)? You should ask what kind of abuse you did in the bonus program? Did the support tell you how you are fraud with the bonus program?

Did you ask them to give more explanation regarding your account? I do not know what is happening to your account but I hope they can handle your problem and will solve it as soon as possible.

I am assuming that it is regarding gambling, which is not against the rules but have a very soft rules regarding it. Which is why sometimes casinos lose their accounts, but then they get it reinstated after a while as well. When you are as big as Stake, then you get it back 99.99%+ of the time, but when you are tiny, you can't reach the right places and they ignore you and you lose it, which is not a problem for Stake since they can handle it.

Let us hope that twitter stays, instagram is a good marketing thing but not really that much loved in crypto world, twitter on the other hand is a crypto festive and everyone is over there, as long as the twitter account stays then it is fine. I think I vaguely remember they even lost the twitter account for a small period once, but got it back eventually, same logic basically but this time for instagram instead of twitter.
