It's really weird that the frontend displays 1.13, but it's likely just a rendering bug. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense for Stake to try to cheat over $2 bets. Do you happen to remember what multiplier you were going for at the time?

I am guessing there could be some rounding out error? I mean not like there is an obvious and big difference, it is a small one so I am guessing there could be something regarding the rounding up error there, that seems like only plausible thing that comes to my mind. Obviously I am not affiliated with Stake so I can't talk on their behalf, mine is just a guess by some guy who doesn't even understand the concept 100% perfectly well, I am just assuming here.

The real results will come in when Stake takes a look at this and tells something, Eddie or Stunna has to say something about this. They even did the whole provably fair foundation thingy so they must be really certain about their provably fair situation, I checked mine all and they seem fine, but here we are with a proof of one guy not getting fair results, so they should make the announcement and defense against this.

How the games actually works there! I have also observed some unusual result while I'm setting the target multiplier from 1.13× to 1.16×. To make it clear, when I'm setting the target multiplier at 1.13

The bet details shows

• Target :1.12×

The multiplier and target shows correctly in their bet view model if my target multiplier is out of 1.13× to 1.16× range. But their system shows 0.01× less target when I'm inputting the ‘target multiplier’ in that range.

Not sure because I had tried it several times rainbot prioritizes users who have wager and active chat. are you active in chat room and have you tried it?
Sometimes even though I have fulfilled the requirements Rainbot ignores me too this is what makes me sure that wager is needed.

If you want to catch some rain, what you need to do is to chat actively (but dont spam) and meet the wager requirement.

This is a fun one! This problem is actually based on how your browser does its maths, coupled with how we round numbers on the frontend.

We use the following equation to visually ensure all our numbers on limbo are rounded in a visually pleasing manner (to two decimal places.)

With regards to why this showing different to what is expected for the instances expressed:

This fails because the internal floating point representation of 1.13 is very slightly less than 1.13 - multiplying that by 100 doesn't produce 113 but 112.99999999999998578915 and then rounding that down takes it to 1.12.

You can test this by opening your console in the browser (right click anywhere screen > select 'inspect' > choose 'console')

From there you can type in the following:

As you can see we get the following results.



When put all together, this is the result:



If you try with the numbers expressed above, you will find that it also spits out an absurd result for the instance of 1.16 too. Rest assure that this is just visually rendered incorrectly based on your browser and has no actual influence or affect on the result of your bet. I have whipped together a slight edit in the codebase that will consider target multipliers already rounded, which should technically solve the visual discrepancy experienced.

As I have always said gamble the way you want to gamble and if you can earn something from it then it is great, if you are participating in anything because of it then it is great but at the end of the day if you are not going to be reaching those levels by playing the way you want to play and have to strain yourself financially and risk your bankroll just because you want to reach those numbers, then it would be a very wrong thing to do.

This is why I never check those type of promotions or rains or any marketing related stuff, I just get it if I deserve it, and if not I just move on.

Wow, that's awesome for you.  Congratulations.  I didn't even know that getting rained on was a thing.  Stake has so many giveaways nowadays and I see so many different small deposits from one giveaway or another.  I've never seen rain drop into my account though.  I guess I need to keep my eyes open a bit more and perhaps look around the site a while and discover all the ways that someone can get free money from Stake.  I'm sure there are more programs like rain that I'm not aware of but should be.

As always said it is better to be in profit rather than chasing boosting bonuses/reload. In the last weeks, I was down a lot then realized boosting reload doesn't worth it at all. Better to be in profit instead of getting $200 reload boost by VIP Host after a 10k$ loss.

So all wagering from beginning of December won't count towards monthly bonus??

Don't worry about that. Stake always gives precious bonuses to their users. Still the players aren't satisfied and they always want more. AFAIK, monthly bonus is calculated since last monthly bonus. Their live support help center page also says it (which is written and updated by ’Milan’). But Stake VIP club page says that monthly bonus is based on last 30 days wagerd amount. Anyway, based on my experience it depends on our wager since last monthly bonus time.

I never really understood the need for rains to be given to players that wager a certain amount of money. I mean I am usually not above that limit and would never be above that limit so I have a bias towards this situation I get it, but seriously, isn't the amount too big? I am not a spammer, I am not here to get rains, I do not just register and wait for rain drops, I wouldn't do that and there are some people who would do that, isn't there a way to find the difference?

Right now, as a person who gambles around 400-500 dollars wagering amount per month, I am seen same as the guy who wagers none, or wagers 10 bucks per week, there should be a difference between me and a spammer. Having thousands of wagering requirement surely must be putting a lot of people like me out of contention for rain drops and I feel like that could be slightly unfair.
