But what do you think about it after 100 years ?

It depends but in my own opinion as for this moment bitcoin is also strong enough to be able to survive for 100 years. New things may come up but bitcoin surely will be  there  .

Honestly, no. Rate of change has just become too fast, and in 100 years, technological and subsequent societal changes will be so great that we probably can't even attempt to fathom what it will be like.

If you will ask me if Bitcoin can survive for a 100 more years...
There is a possibility that this could happen..
As we all know bitcoin is unlike fiat or paper money that can disintegrate through time...
So against physical destruction we can say that it is totally invulnerable...
The next thing, bitcoin can be divided into a smaller amount therefore we cant say that there will be a scarce amount after the 100 year period.
Another point is that, many say nowadays that fiat will be totally replaced by cryptocurrency someday...
Therefore if we will believe in this then that would only confirm that bitcoin might still exist during that time...

Possible. Bitcoin is the next evolution of money and to be your own bank. When banks migrated/converted cash to electronic so it can be transferred easily, it's a good thing that Mr. Nakamoto found a way to decentralize it.

Bitcoin surely survive for a longer time period. If something happens in between too, the potential of the asset won't gets declined. In the future too, the circulation will continue as the userbase keeps increasing with the limited number of bitcoin on the market circulation generating a higher value to the coin.

unfortunately the influence of the government on the crypto currency exists and sometimes it is negative. I think that if the government understands the fact that the crypto currency has a negative impact on the economy, it will prohibit the use of a crypto currency

100 years are a very long time, a lot of things would change. Maybe virtual currency will be the official currency in this world that time but I can't assure you thay bitcoins are still existing in that period. Maybe there are some other currency invented not bitcoins or maybe still bitcoins are the ones who rules all the other cryptocurrencies. We cannot say, but I hope in that time bitcoins will still be the one who have the highest value among all those coins because maybe in that time even if I'm not existing anymore my bitcoins will still have a purpose to my bloodline.

Knowing the mining at bitcoins should end around 2120 im pretty sure bitcoin will be able to survice further those period, but well for sure no one of us will be alive to see what will happen, at the current stage its impossible to stop bitcoin, its like a virus is shared and knowed into all countries by some people already no way to kill it anymore in the begining companies did tryed.

If bitcoin is still around I feel like it will be because some museum is running nodes to keep it alive. By the 2120s we're going to be living in a functionally post scarcity world, making currency irrelevant. Fusion + automation = everyone is upper middle class or even rich. Also, if the corporations try to charge us for stuff with a zero marginal cost, we'll destroy them, same with the government. If the government tried to mandate a breathing tax today, we would all bring out the pitchforks. Charging for nearly any resource will seem just as absurd and worthy of billion(s) person strong revolution.

Mankind was always aiming to make everything automatic, to make everything Hi-Tech, and every single way to make our living easier. Since Bitcoin is a digital currency and already used for automatic and fast transactions, it's possible to survive after 100 years or more. There's a possibility that it can be more develop and legalize which can become our main currency that we will all used in the future. Who knows?.. Everything is possible right?

It hard to estimate.A hundred years is a long period of time.
It's only 2017 and it seems like we are already at the verge of the new world war.
Who will use bitcoin if a new war comes out which at the moment seems very possible.

      I think bitcoin may last a hundred years if it will maintain its afford ability and advantages. If the price is still rising up it is not impossible. Also, if there are more investments through bitcoin. If bitcoin will not be surpassed by any other cryptocurrency it will stay on top and dominate for even life time.
