I am asking this just to see the different opinions of Bitcoin community about its long term potential

I know Bitcoin is actually strong enough and stable as well

But what do you think about it after 100 years ?

Of course it will survive because as I can see today bitcoin is very popular not just because of its value but because of many people are sharing their greatest achievement that was help to achieve thru bitcoin. I think bitcoin after 100 years will be very progressive and very popular to many.

well it seem like you tell the real fact about bitcoinexistence, and yes I also believe that bitcoin existence depend upon his users, bitcoin is nothing without its users, and the main reason of its price increasing is also its popularity and demand. Well bitcoin to survive in 100 years is not impossible due to the increasing demand for it. And as time passes not only bitcoin but also altcoins had been part of many financial transactions all over the world so I believe that as long as there are transactions involving bitcoins it wont die.

As far it's going I guess yes, it will survive.Bitcoin is getting stronger day by day and people of all categories are joining bitcoin for it's huge advantages.I think it will rule the world after 100-200 year's for sure.

I'm pretty sure Bitcoin will still be here. Quantum computers are something that already exists, and will be more present in the future. But quantum cryptography is something that also already exists, and it can be implemented in Bitcoin.

100 years? probably we are gone already and we can't witness anything will happen about bitcoin. Anyway, bitcoin is in the road  into greatness and with that, a big possibility that it will survive in such years or more. yes i think it will still survive after 100 years. Bitcoin has a lots of potential to make changes in our world.  Bicoin will be the currency and it will change our economy and many people will satisfied about it.

i think it depends on the bitcoin user, we can not be sure that bitcoin will survive or not within the next 100 years, as all possibilities could happen just like competitors who come with more advanced technology and more profitable bids than in bitcoin and it is also possible that large-scale migration from bitcoin users to bitcoin competitors, all may happen within 100 years

i guess yes maybe it could survive. maybe at that time it would be much more updated and more improvised than we commonly used it, and i think it still depends if someone would keep it maintained. if we just look at the current price, it has still a lot to improved and it is not yet well developed, so it has still have a room for improvements. to think that it has the potential to be much successful, just like fiats it would just keep on circulating in the economy.

   I think that is uncertain. As time goes by many different inventions emerge. Different kind technological innovation come up like a mushroom in different sides of the world so it is possible that a new kind of cryptocurrency will emerge more advance than that of a bitcoin, besides there is no permanent in this world but who knows, anything is possible.

100 years is not a short time. Many people say that bitcoin will have a bright future. With users growing all over the world. Users grow quickly. The proof in the past 8 years, bitcoin users have reached millions of users. What about the next 100 years? Maybe bitcoin users have reached almost all human beings on earth. But that's just a prediction. Because anything could happen

I think you are too far away to imagine, no one knows for sure about the future. Whatever it is. We can predict the future, but it will not happen.
