Some time ago i trading now i am holding.

Ya day trade is best one .At any day the price was constant for two to three hours means.Trade in a Few minutes. Because after that the price will reduce to some low value. It's a one of the secret in trading. Even I am start to hold.Because now the price is low as consider. So you can hold.

I would just like to hear your opinions, Which is more profitable, Day Trading where you can profit through buying the dips and selling when it pumps repeatedly, or Long term HODLing where you buy the dip and only sell it when it goes up 5 to 10 times its price value?

Day trading is profitable in altcoin trading since altcoin price is highly volatile. It could not be holded in a long term basis since some altcoins even disappear in the long run. So,quick profits could be made by doing day trading repeatedly.

Long term holding is only beneficial in bitcoin trading since short term benefits could not be expected here.Bitcoin price movement will be very low within a period of day. So,day trading could not yield huge profits in bitcoin. On the other hand,if it is hold in a long term basis, very huge profits could be made.Bitcoin price was just $650 an year ago and now its price is almost $4,200.

Day trading also suits for Bitcoin but you must have big capital. Because compared to other altcoins the Bitcoin price is moving fast and min we can able to make $100 per day if we keep watching the price. But investment is high, so people are making a day trade with altcoins.

Instead of day trading, I prefer weekly trading. Every weekend market goes down a little so I buy coins during that period and when it recovers by Tue/Wed I sell them off for 15-20% profit. Simple and easy. Not much stress also. You can spend entire week researching too!
NIce strategy. I think that I should learn like you. My trading perioed is about 2-3 days and the profit is about 2-5%. Not very much and It is terrible compared to other traders. And, reading news also give us a many news information about coins and the blockchain technology. The more we read, the more chance we can catch the pumping train on the market

When I am trading I prefer doing it in a way where I have stocks for a long period of time and other for a shorter period but in general on a long term base day trading will become impossible because there is too much margin for errors.

Actually it is depends on the market situation , and cryptocurrency market is so different with any other market.
A day trading strategy itself just a technique name for short term trade btw.
Always better to do both as a comparison , so you will always have a backup funds daily.

HODLING is the way to go. Day trading is good if you really know what you are doing

I will keep certain coins for a long term which has potential to grow in future and will go for day trading whose price is highly fluctuating as it can give me profits on daily basis and the rest coins that I am holding will take care of future profits.

Many use to sell their entire bitcoin for their monthly expenses. Even I use to do the same.If I get the bitcoin from weekly payments from the Signature Campaign means,I use to commit with some plan.In that week the price of bitcoin reaches high value means, I use to sell at that time. But this is not good.

i think its depend on how good we are in analyze the coins. if we are good, then we can do daily trade but I think weekly is enough to do trading because we only doing daily trade if the coins have fast movement. but if somehow we are get trap in high price and we are loss the money, maybe hodling is the best we can do.

As a trader I would choose trading days since it is better for me than keeping Bitcoin because the hold is boring and I do not want to let my Bitcoins to be just putted in a boring and dated place. The translation is a really hard and exciting thing to do and it can help us develop our Bitcoin in a week or month depending on how well we can perform the transaction.

Best decision for me now is to hold it first and eventually when the price rise again, sell it at the best price.
That's the right decision you've ever made for your bitcoin, day trade is profitable but it has high risk than Holding your coins, where monitoring is necessary unlike in holding risk is very minimal.
I personally think that it depends also in what coin you're holding if its for long term or just a day trading. There are coins that are more profitable in long term like just watch the market and let it sleep in your wallet and go back after some years. And some are day trading like you need to closely track and the coin is hype or active in the market.
I think this decision entirely depends on which coin you want to invest in if you invest in such coin which is good for day trade and you hold it, you will suffer. Same is the case if we talk otherwise. So I guess you need to look what you are capable of doing, if you are good at day trade then opt for it else not.

In trading there is money involved so it depend on your capacity to invest, buy and sell is profitable when you have an idea how to look for chart hint of dump and pump. You can do that for a daily basis but in most of them missed the opportunity when they have no time to it. This necessarily needs focus and time awareness. In holding, the only problem I see are those with emotional or we called it "weak hands". Those who been panicking because of rumors and cryptocurrency news. But It needs much experience to be good on both. So keep learning.

but that's it today. That's the moment when you can buy Bitcoin at a lower price by investing your money in the crypto currency. Anyway, every user believes that the price will rise. They are quite active, And now there is a powder for investment.

Regardless whether you day trade of HODL you should hold some USDT, so when the market goes blood red you have money to inject. Rather than having all your coins locked up in alts.

I do both, depending on what kind of coin I have and the results of some of my observations. but if I do not find the information that makes me sure to do long term hodl then usually I only do day trading by relying on small pumps.

I mainly do day trading since it's a bit more fun (for now). It IS riskier since you can always loss money at any moment but if you know what you're doing you can mitigate it. In a 1 year period, day trading can out gain long term holding using the daily ups and downs of the market although its very tiring due to always watching the exchange and reading recent news. With long holds, you only buy whenever there's a huge dump to maximize your possible gains and you're done. For me, it's more easier to get out with day trading (a good trader knows when to sell with a fixed goal) compared to holding because of FOMO (Fear of missing out).

Also been doing both day trade for the alt coins that I have on my stash and hodling for the bitcoins that I've got. I'm not that good in day trading as I'm only getting a signal from a group and observing if they've got a good predictions to make. And so far they are doing good and every coin that they said to hold will be pumping out soon and they give some good tips too.
