I would just like to hear your opinions, Which is more profitable, Day Trading where you can profit through buying the dips and selling when it pumps repeatedly, or Long term HODLing where you buy the dip and only sell it when it goes up 5 to 10 times its price value?

I like to hodl 90% of my portfolio, the rest I trade.

Both are profitable, but if you have skills and time then i would suggest to go with day trade. While in holding you dont need to check the market daily but atleast once a week.

In my experience so far, holding is more profitable when I compare the figure! In all my trading giving a certain year, I have nit been able ti make 1000% profit trading! But having held some coinfor a year, I have seen up to 25,000% profit! I will definitely hold anyday!

When I entered into the cryptocurrency world, what I got as an suggestion from the users around the forum is to just hold and make an earning. Because the growth of bitcoin will continue, even when there happens some sort of fluctuations. Haven't been into trading much, so no idea regarding the same.

For everyone I think holding is the best strategy in investing because you can just buy, relax, and hope that the value will increase overtime.
There are a lot of coins to hold which you can diversify your investment, me, I do not only hold bitcoin as I know altcoins will become big in the future and as I have observed the market is growing and that would mean we have a great chance to profit from our investment.

I like to hold coin for a very long period because there will surely be a huge profit in the long run but in day trade the profit is not that much considering profit by holding the coin for long.

Well, I surely have to agree with you here. My profits of holding are much more than profits of day-trading. Just buy the coin which has forks, airdrop, events, etc in the future and watch it grow. That's much easier and more profitable. In day-trading, you'll most probably become lunch for whales.

well for me it may depends on how are you may able to do that cause as a person that are living we have different skills that only you can do that so better to be practical so day trading are may based on your skills.

Day trading is for kids with surplus time and energy. Good for them, but not for me. One needs time for silence, relaxing, taking walks, or anything besides looking at the computer screen. Smiley Also, whenever you win in a trade, someone else loses. The money does not come from a vacuum, but from real people. You never know, your profits might come from some kid risking all his wealth. I don't want that on my conscience.

While holding and accumulating Bitcoin, Monero, or other projects that I believe in, then the wealth is slowly drained from an old corrupt money system, and this is a good thing. This way I can sleep with a better conscience.

Why dont try both ways. 50% day trade and 50% holdings
Well we can make money by doing this day trading and holding but if i will need to choose what is more great to earn profit is i will choose holding, because holding our coins is more easy to do  because we will just hold and wait until we can earn a lot of money unlike on doing day trading.

Yes, holding givs more return than day trading as most pro tarder is advising. As long as you have a good coin, holding is a good strategy. Also, holding is good if you are working or being employed which you cnt check  your portfolio from time to time.

If I would to chose hodling or day trading I'd go for hodling because you can just wait for the right time to sell. Day trading for me is so stressful but it's a sure profit by the end of the day.

I am not an expert when it comes to trading and I had my share of unsuccessful turnouts, hence I would choose holding instead. Day trading needs your full attention to monitor the value and you needs skills and experience as well to lessen the risk, while holding is less of a hassle which wouldn’t have a negative impact on your time management, that is, if you have a regular job.

I do both but realised now (late!) that holding would have brought me much more profits than day trading.

I will split into half. Half for day trading and half for holding. But in my experience, I think I will lose all my money in day trading as I am the one who panic and sold all when the price is down. Now, I will just use some of the money for me to play to do day trading and most of it will keep for hodling without looking at it anymore.

I'm very bad at day trading because i'm short temper or my patience is very low in waiting for the right time to buy or sell. For now i just do holding and wait for the price to jump but i realized i need to do both so i can have more income.

For me i want to do day trading but i am not still great  in day trading so right now i want to do holding over than doing the day trading and for me holding our coins or our tokens is we will help us to make aclot of money in the future, let's jsut hold our coin until the value of our coin is we will increase.

Being a holders is more convenient for me. Because i can do many other jobs that are also profitable. Day trading only makes me a little emotional because tempted to make a sell or buy.

If you want to sleep good, just HODL. If you want to babysit your investment then daytrade. In the long run im sure HODLing a few coins will give you a greater return than daytrading. You might not hit the jackpot, but you will feel alot better looking at your portfolio in a year or two...

I prefer holding, but since there are many people that are making money with day trading, I'd want to learn it and try it out.

Holding is more better to do over day trading because not all people in crypto is expert in day trading and just like me i am more prefer to do holding because it is more easy to do and holding is just need a long patience and i have a long patience to hold so for me holding is more better.
