My best guess is that the "bias" referred to has to do with the controversy regarding XT and blocksize and Theymos' declaration to put all XT talk into altcoins.  That move definitely cost him some reputation points.  I'm not into XT and I don't want to start that conversation here, but that's my best guess about the "bias" referred to in that tweet.

Hi, all.

I'm new to Primedice, and I've been trying to make a Javascript bot for it, as I just did for satoshiDice.

Problem is, I am constantly facing a CORS request issue, even when using a code block from an existing bot to make my request and all I get is "Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://api.primedice.com/api/bet?access_token=XXXXXXXXX (Reason: CORS header 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' missing)".

Although I'm a noob, I'm pretty sure said CORS header is supposed to be supplied in the response by the server the request is made to, not the client sending it. So before I go to real programmers with my problem, I'd like to be sure that there isn't some kind of period that I'd have to wait before getting the necessary credentials to use automated betting, or some other restriction I could have missed.

Any help/information would be greatly appreciated.

First off, we have no interest in stealing your money. Threatening to post a scam report is not going to get your issue solved quicker. As far as I can see Micro has provided great support to you and there's a misunderstanding here.

The address you provided with 3 btc on it is not the prior address of always123. Perhaps you were thinking of a different account? Your prior address on that account begins with 1MN (you can verify this by viewing your transaction log) which is not the address you provided in your transaction. Double-check your other accounts and Micro will be able to settle this for you.

I think XT is a terrible idea, that being said it shouldn't be so heavily censored. I like many others recognize if XT was to gain mass support, the overall value of bitcoin/bitcoin XT would be a fraction of what bitcoin currently is. We'd all have a lot to lose if this happens but I think censoring discussion of it will stifle creativity and further split up this community.

I have yet to signup for the new forum personally as the account 'stunna' was taken by someone else. I think having more forums is a great idea though.

By the way, at PD we think BIP 101 is the best suggested solution yet.
