For about 2-3 hours people on chat are writing that withdrawals are pending. What is going on? Can someone look at it?
There is also a lot of trolling about that sometimes. I just checked couple of them who said they have pending withdrawals and they don't have any. My two accounts have pending withdrawal for about 2h: magicstar and kch33 Could you check it please? I replied to your ticket. Hopefully somebody will be on soon to sort it out. |

You can try dropping them an email to support and they shall revert back to you and resolve your issue soon, or you can just wait to see the problem getting sorted out itself. AFAIK MICRO=support most of the time, correct me if I am wrong. Well, i don't think so(correct me if i am wrong too). Stunna always demanded of a very very very trustworthy guy to become his support guy. Not saying that MICRO ain't trustworthy but as he lives thousands of miles away from where stunna lives then most probably stunna won't have chosen MICRO to do the support stuff. I always thought Edward himself did the support thingy. I do support stuff now. But i still need help with some of the tickets from Stunna or Edward. I'm Mladen on support in case somebody is wondering. |

It's always great to get positive messages sent in like such! Can't agree more with Bitcoin being a more convenient way to gamble than fiat. Hi,
Having played Primedice for a total of two months or so, and playing through over 250 BTC in wagering, I wanted to drop you a quick line to let you know that I have been consistently impressed with the level of service offered here.
I am a frequent casual gambler. I play in FIAT, and Bitcoin since finding Primedice. In total, I believe I've won about 12 BTC here - although it might be more.
Everytime I have withdrawn, it has gone through instantly. Not once have I ever stopped and questioned the legitimacy of your service - and that is rare in the Bitcoin space. I have made deposits of 15 BTC and more into PD, and never once have I worried that my funds aren't safe.
You are a prime example of how a casino should be run. Instant deposits, and instant withdrawals, without any of this "Manual Approval" fuss and nonsense. For the record, if I ever experienced a "Manual Approval", and had to wait for longer than an hour, I would probably never deposit on Primedice again - purely because most Bitcoin companies cannot be trusted (as I'm sure you know).
Still, with that out of the way, I'd like to thank you for being such a responsible operator, and paying out frequently and instantly. I'm sure you don't get too many love letters - but I thought I'd send you a bit of love.

And as far as I know myself, if the administrators of the site are offline while your withdrawal gets held, you have to wait hours for them to get online. I think you are wrong. The only reports of withdrawl issues that I have ever seen regarding PD is outside of their control (eg malleability, and large mempool issues). For obvious reasons if a WD is larger then the hot wallet balance then it will take some time to process a WD as great care needs to be taken when moving funds out of cold storage. |

Although I am speaking from experience, there are multiple reports, and times where the Primedice thread was spammed with complaints. Lag, as well as withdrawals/deposits seem to be Primedice's worst area of quality. If the withdrawal is "big" but the hot wallet has enough, it still will be held up for review.
