House edge of 1BTC bet = 0.01
20% of that = 0.002BTC

Hello. Please check your system has just right now a bug. It happened in that sequence:
I login, I see my 19+ bitcoins, I withdraw 5.4 , then I have around 12.5 bitcoins. I bet Max, but I has insufficient funds (Why?!), then I bet 1 bitcoin, and I win. And I see my balance go from 12 to 9.8 or something. theres about 2.5 bitcoins missing here!

SECOND BUG: Now that's the second bug today after that 2.5 that disappeared. I withdrawed 5.6 bitcoins, triple checked adress, and it says "transiction not found in blockchain" when I click trough my primedice log... Tough my primedice log confirm it exists!! What?? I want my money back..

Hey,

I love PrimeDice, really, but you could work and invest a bit on your support aspect.
The support team really tries to help me, but they seem to be totally overbooked. I have a ticket that get updated once a week, it's not exactly efficient... I would like to play and bet but my money is on an account which I don't have access to.

I'm not criticizing your support team or your security politic, I am the one to blame as I'm the one who forgot its password. It's just that you could maybe answer a bit more, like once every two days, that would be cool to see that I'm not forgotten.

Well I hope that someone will see this post, I just don't want to be forgotten ^^

Still, amazing site and a friendly support but obviously without enough resources.

the second bug is not a pd issue but rather a blockchain issue. when you dont see a tx id in blockchain you will usually find it on blockexplorer.

for the first bug i doubt there were real coins missing but i have seen problems with the balance shown not being accurate without a refresh of the browser. (balance updates are calculated client-side usually, so that might rather be a client issue).

Going to transfer the charred remains (0,009 BTC) of a trading activity gone horribly wrong to Primedice and see if I can squeeze some profit out of it in a last-ditch effort. Probably not  Cool

Edit: crap, lost the 0,009 while dicing with 90% winning chance. No strategy can beat the laws of chances ... !

100x can beat the law of chance(for once), but certainly 90% wins cannot beat the law of chance in a long run. You would have more luck in betting 0.001BTC on 10x multiple times than going yolo on 90%. It was just not your day.

I'm still waiting for PD support :/

It's a shame that they take so much time to answer, cause they're really friendly and trying to help...

Bumping my cause hoping an admin or someone will see my post here xD

Hey,

Your issue is very hard one. You don't have enough proofs that you are owner of the account from which you want balance of 3.7 btc. That is why its taking a bit longer. I'm waiting for Stunna and Edward to come online together so i can discuss with them if there is enough proof to do that for you.

Sorry for waiting but we are taking serious every single satoshi and we need to make sure it all goes to the rightful owner.

Tried the 10x multiplier with a faucet of 200 sats and managed to rise to slightly above the 10000 barrier, an amount that can actually be transferred off-site. Such a scenario could have turned my 0,009 BTC from last evening into 0,45. Gotta say though I now have a losing streak of 27x with 10% winning chance. In my country there's a saying; results from the past don't offer any guarantees for the future  Cool

Hey buddy,

Support will look after you -- This looks like a simple client side issue whereby you have multiple sessions running though. We run into it all the time. After a quick account audit your account is not 'missing' any coins.

The other would simply be Blockchain.info side not ours.

I'll let support deal for now but if you have any further issues contact me here.

--

On a side note really can't wait to share what we have in place for our revamped version of Primedice & other very exciting add ons! Spoilers coming soon...
