Hey guys! What does it mean "Your faucet has been disable due to abuse" ? And all my accs muted by admin. I played faucet 4-5 hours a day every 3 minutes with few acoounts. What rule i broke? Where can i read about abusing?
People farming the faucet this way ruins things for everyone, this is why we can't offer higher rewards. If you are spending 4-5 hours a day on multiple accounts simultaneously claiming the faucet as soon as possible you are absolutely abusing what the faucet was put in for. The faucet is a nice way for active users to get a small amount of bitcoins to test the site out and try different strategies. The above is exactly what I'd define as unacceptable faucet usage. Ok, i get your thought, but I think my ban is partly unfair in this case. I don't break any rules. And all i want is unban my main account "Baofu" for fun playing without abusing. Hey guys! Could totally put that time towards more rewarding things like getting a job  Has anyone gotten rich off faucet farming? Or profited well (>0.1)? We have a bad situation in our country(Ukraine) now, salary is small(100-200$) and economics almost ruined because of war with Russia. I have a job, but trying reach some money in foreign currency and find this way. +0.3 btc in month not bad for a life. But who cares. You can use the same skills online which you are using for your job ? better learn some coding and make money with freelance projects .It's highly unlikely that Stunna is gonna allow you to abuse it anymore. |

I deposit BTC from exchange and when i refreshed the page i lost my funds, they automatically set password to my user and now i'm not able to login. I attached few proofs that this is my funds, but they still doesn't move them to my new registered account Are they going to keep that funds or will return them after new year? |

We consider faucet abuse using the faucet extensively with no input to the community or betting activity. We won't disclose how we determine botting or else that will allow botters to get around the bans.
The faucet is there for users to test the site & have some fun on the side - It isn't a charity.
We're pretty certain all bans made were legit however if you do have a complaint you can submit a support ticket & we can review your ban.
My account was also banned from the faucet. It is understandable that regular faucet users aren't that popular for you as owner. Also I accept if you decide to define claiming the faucet often as abusive. What bothers me a little that your statement was “we just banned over 800 faucet bots”, as I claimed the faucet manually by using my iphone by stopping the time to 3 minutes. And everyone who knows these Google picture captchas would agree that it is nearly impossible to cheat on these. I am a member since September 17 of 2014 and my main inspiration to join your site was a Facebook post about a user named Singpays who made his profits just by claiming the faucet: https://www.facebook.com/officialprimedice/photos/a.292583794257151.1073741830.147998738715658/306970559485141/So I decided to give it a try and so for the last year I tried to boost up my faucet by wagering me up to a higher Level and then and when I tried a lucky dice. So the reason of no betting activity (I have over 600’000 bets) and no input to the community may be right for the bot-people only, but I wouldn't consider myself as a botter under these therms (you can still call me abuser, I would be fine with that). Maybe it would have been better instead of auto-banning all often-faucet-claimers to make some restrictions like limiting the amount of claims per day or making longer time intervals between claims for non-depositers? |

The best and most efficient way to ask for help now is to log into your PD account, then use the HELP button in the upper-right corner to submit a support ticket. That will reach the support team a lot faster than sending PM's here on BitcoinTalk or sending emails. Submitting a ticket on-site via the HELP button is the preferred method for most users to get support. |
