when there is an event in primedice, why always late to exceed the time promised ?
Of course they need more time to investigate or verify the entries to avoid abuse on the events (giveaways/contests). As you know, most PD giveaways does not require any wagers to withdraw. So in order to minimize abusers something like multi-accounts, they need to check it first. The lateness is not a big problem imo, because they still fulfill their promise.

@Stunna can you please finish following up on my issue? I posted here about a month ago I'm guessing. I've lost track of time and I don't have time to scroll through 20 pages to see what the date was that I posted here. I have an issue that I contacted support with (4546). Due to a glitch I lost about 0.09BTC. I'm not posting what it was here cause I don't want others trying to claim it happened to them too. You replied and said you'd have MICRO check it out but I haven't heard anything from anyone. I originally messaged support through the user ID Sven42, but, as I explained promptly after realizing I might be on the wrong account, I think it actually happened when I was playing with my account with the user ID ace35. Please, can you just come to a resolution with this? I assure you, I'm not spamming hoping for some free coin. I spend a lot of money here and I feel that if I lost due to a glitch that made my user experience anything less than fair I should be entitled to a refund. And it's not like it was a ton of coin either. I've currently been using a different account I created(U:Pigsn0t) and I spend money on primedice all the time. You can tell cause my balance is around -1.5. So, please, can we just get closure on this? It's just under 0.1 which is not anything to scoff over but definitely not worth months of waiting till you come up with a decision. I would really appreciate it if this were resolved this week. Thanks in advance.

PD is indeed always late in giving a gift that had been promised and that's probably for safety and Fair in event/contest. Because the PD always deliver event/contest without having to bet it. If the verification is not done this sort of thing, probably PD will not create event/contest is as easy as that.

I don't find any issue with primedice delaying their giveaways. As you know, they have a lot of users and most of them have multiple accounts. Sometimes it needs careful scrutiny to avoid crediting same users on multiple times. The good thing is that they honor their promises.

I think Primedice should look into this issue because it seems there is a bug when withdrawing. I also experienced similar problems of getting different amount in my wallet after withdrawing. The 1 Satoshi that remains in the primedice balance is annoying.

Hey that most likely happens due to satoshi rounding. Primedice doesn't show fractions of a satoshi on your balance it rounds up to full satosh but still accounts for the extra. Sometimes people make very small bets on very small payouts so it has to account for it.

when opening PrimeDice i receive this message in my browser: This webpage is not available
A secure connection cannot be established because this site uses an unsupported protocol. i am using Opera 34.0.2036.50 You should update your browser then. Or use another browser. Opera 35 was just released so 34.0 is not supposed to be out dated yet. since the error is saying "unsupported protocol" i think there might be some issue with your ssl configuration. i don't have any experience with opera but the same thing can happen in IE and enabling "use ssl 3.0" from internet option > advance fixed the issue. Opera might be using same configuration as IE

Exactly : That's why you can bet 1 satoshi at x1.1 At first it looks like you win nothin but it will appears in your balance when you win 10 times this kind of small bet.

Like Yobit, you can't bet with that ninth digit but you know exactly how much balance you have

Why doesn't PD display the ninth digit of the bitcoin? Like Yobit, you can't bet with that ninth digit but you know exactly how much balance you have It is a waste of resource if they are going to do this, it is one of the most unimportant things to consider. No one really care about it anyway besides the ninth digit cost less than half cent . Half cent will not be able to change anyone's life anyway and even the miner's fee cost alot more than that

you may use the old addy using old address to withdraw doesnt make sense, the reason behind his pending withdrawal could be the hot wallet doesnt have enough funds for it to process his withdrawal and only the support team can fix the issue by telling the admins about it
