Stunna rarely replies PMs, if at all. And he(stunna) has suggested to contact the support , not him. I have always gotten responses to PMs sent to stunna. And stunna should be able to help with any support related issue. Although MICRO/a support ticket will most likely lead to the quickest response time. I have the same experience with Stunna myself, but to be honest i never had a situation quite as "bad" as he does. I advised contacting Stunna directly because tbh there's just so much that a support can do, and i believe it's him in the end that makes the call on ban appeals. Anyways it doesn't hurt to try both options, since there's nothing he can lose now, is there cheers |

You blocked my Chat access and Faucet, and i deposited alot, im old Member since 2014, never used any Faucet Bot and got 0 cents from Faucet. What the fuck is going on? Better delete the Accounts you have been Locking since there's no more trust on Your Dice Site, 2014 was the best, now theres 0 chances im going to deposit again and feed you Stunna When you get muted by a moderator your faucet is now disabled. This is mainly to encourage better behavior in chat and to make it harder to sell accounts to faucet abusers. If you feel you were wrongfully muted you can submit a ticket. |

Hey, Your issue is very hard one. You don't have enough proofs that you are owner of the account from which you want balance of 3.7 btc. That is why its taking a bit longer. I'm waiting for Stunna and Edward to come online together so i can discuss with them if there is enough proof to do that for you. Sorry for waiting but we are taking serious every single satoshi and we need to make sure it all goes to the rightful owner. Hey, Yeah I'm sorry if it seemed like I was complaining about the support. As I said I was just worried that I have been forgotten. Because PD support was really friendly and tried to help as much as they could (I don't know if you're the one who answered me by mail, not the same pseudo but maybe the same person ^^ ). And i'm perfectly aware that I'm totaly at fault. I'm the one who lost the password, who didn't put a mail and who made a deposit anyway xD Thanks for everything, I hope we'll find a solution. I'll be very clear. I'm the first one to be annoyed by a slow or incompetent support as I believe that any service or good provided should be linked to a quality support. My issue was mainly my fault (as I forgot a password) and PD had no obligation to help me. The ticket was a bit slow to be closed due to the complication and my lack of initial proofs. But PD support took the time to take care of my problem (though I was the one responsible) and managed to solve it. I'm delightfully satisfied by the quality of the support and your politic toward security and client management. You won a faithful gambler, I don't see why I'd go somewhere else  Thanks again, I hope I won't cause anymore trouble. |

I have a feeling that the more you win the lower gets the chance to win.
I made some new accs and everytime when the acc was fresh i had a winning streak.
I made always from 0.03 to 0.4 or something
When i tried this from 0.4 to further i went down to zero. Really weird but in my opinion i dont play it anymore.

There is no difference when you are using a fresh acc or an old account because the game itself is random and provably fair. Every bet using some different seed will generate different result and if you think that you are lucky everytime you use a fresh account, that is just a coincidence |
