I have problems logging in of my accounts. The answer is always the same: "unauthorized"
So I can't even open a ticket!
Besides, I have several BTC in balance.
I ask, politely, if I can send a PM to MICRO or Stunna with the data of my accounts.

Maybe PD has got afraid because of you  there are still some problems and they need to get fixed regarding chat, statics, account balance and some users are having problem to login with existing username, I am hopeful this time it would not take so long time like before. |

I have the same problem, what to do? When site is up if you cant login , you can submit a ticket. If you cant do that than PM me here and i will check it out. Please be patient for response and please do not submit more than 1 ticket about the same issue. Thank you guys. |

awesome MICRO. we need more Downtime.and can u plss make a proper schedule for downtime so that we can know when we should roll That is good suggestion and this would be helpful for all players if we have schedule about downtime. Anyway now this is clear PD4 is totally failed launch ever and very unstable version. It seems developer was ready to make launch of this version and that is why it had so many problems time to time. |

It would be good if the dev team cloud announce on the site itself for upcoming maintenance. In that way people will not accuse you all of being a bad site/buggy site.
I still trust PD and that they will not scam anyone but a prior information can help though its difficult to convey it in many cases.

That is true, a notification like for happy hours would be great before maintenance. I don't think it is too much effort and people would appreciate it... |
