I guess being more concrete would be better, post the exact links of the give away you are missing. And when you do that check if you were really eligible at that moment.

Since on facebook for example lots of times it are only for the first 100 people who post and 50 people who posted too late are complaining.

But the way you ask for it now nobody will check in on it.

Well, it is true chat is down. I don't know but since PrimeDice4 was released these small issues (auto betting problems, blurred descriptions, chat down) are getting more and more annoying.
I can't remember times in the past when Chat chat was down. Also just by reading PD's thread I see there are many people with pending support tickets.

Then you haven't been around that long on pd3, I remember the chat and the whole site being down at lot. When I joined PD (february 2015) i wasn't even playing the first months just because it kept being stuck on the loading page most of the days, because PD is a super slow loading site. Except the autobetting, when the site was working it worked way better then pd4.

I was hoping with the coming of pd4 all that kind of problems would had been fixed. It didn't became worst but it also didn't improved.

For the pending support tickets there is a simple solution, just let people email to a normal email address if Micro can't work with a support management system, or change the system.

my ticket was answered within 3 hours... but email from pd goes to spam folder sometimes... check there maybe

What happen to your support system. I sent my 1st ticket Sept, 10-(16776) got a response once but until now no reply yet. You said to create me new ticket- (17435)- you said you will see it ASAP. It's been a month of waiting.
It seems I'm waiting for nothing here. Just reply if it's gonna fixed or not. Tired of waiting. Even here you don't even reply.

Primedice still doesn't work well on my android phone in several browser types, maybe because it is a old phone. But other dice sites still work very well on it.

Maybe it's a idea to make the site more basic on the mobile site, lose the chat and such.

What version of Android you have there because it is working on phone without any problem, it seems you have too old phone this could be reason of this or maybe you are facing this problem due to low internet connection, so you must check your connection there.

That's a great news! I play on my laptop only, but I'm glad PD is now more convenient to use for other people. Also I want to add that PD chat is booming even more since the launch of PD4, which is a good thing for me because I like the chat there.

I have additional phone (very low budget one it has like 500mb ram,android 5.1), primedice runs good on that phone. of course the gambling experience isn't good on that phone that's why i avoid using that phone, instead i use a better one (which has 2gb of ram).  my point is primedice works on low end devices as well on high end devices, issue might be with your device or connection.

Well I can visit any website without problems, and I already stated it could be due to a old phone but still the site can be optimised way better then it is now. It isn't due to low internet connection, even on my wifi fiber glass 20mb upload/20mb download connection the site loads really slow.

Ever checked PD's site stats on Alexa, you'll find out that PD loads slower then 80% other websites.
