What you need to do is make a new ticket, and link that ticket to the old one and they should be able to answer it. Most likely they just missed your ticket and went on to the next.

Comfort yourself with the thought it also took months to make things right for their own moderators who are in direct contact, just keep sending  a support ticket everyday if that's what it takes.
