In your two posts, you didn't provide any proofs for your claims. How to believe what your saying is correct?

If you post with a new account without any proof then no one will take it seriously so if you really need a help then you should post proofs of your claims.
~snip~

I think they may be experiencing some technical difficulties out there, PD support system was never the quickest but was efficient, it's strange in your case that KYC is done and no one responded back. Just few questions are you sure that you did not reset your password, or signed in from a different IP address or have multiple accounts, if none of them are applicable to you then just be patient I'm sure it'll work out, after all PD are a old guard don't see them going out of business so soon. Send a fresh ticket to see if there's been any progress.

Issues involving large sums of money should be a priority in handling a case. Primedice should continue to contact the concerned person if they can not immediately find a solution to the problem.
I agree keeping in touch with the aggrieved party would prevent them from worrying to much, knowing PrimeDice has good reputation I know they have their own reasons for the delay. Also a reply in the thread from PD would be nice as well to avoid other members to be intrigued to what is happening to him. Let us wait for their announcements before jumping to any conclusions as a huge amount of money is involve.

Still no money from these guys, it smells bad!  I take a risk and win big! I put almost 26.5 BTC and my win is 34 BTC.  but PD not giving money almost a month!  are they bankrupt? almost 1 month passed...
Hey what is going on with PD! I've done my withdraw almost 3 weeks ago, still no transfer to my wallet and no any news when they are going to transfer my money . At first PD support said that I need to pass for manual review, then Edward contact me for KYC, i've provided every single document and pictures he asked for. That was 10 days ago, and still no one can provide me with information where is my money.
I've also emailed Stunna 3 times, but i do not have a reply.
I'm very stressed and worried about my funds, and there is actualy big amount waiting for withdrawal.

Proceed with KYC within a week , still no money, and no one told me exact date for issuing withdraw, PD ignoring me on all communication channels, looks very bad...  I can't understand reasons for delaying my payment except, if they simply do not want to pay me my 34 BTC...

Probably unless you are using some kinda exploit then you have no reason to fear. Somehow Primedice has been the leading site of this industry and they wont be risking their reputation for only 34 btc. Even they paid 1000+ btc to one exploiter in the past. All you gotta do is contacting them though but that wont really do any difference at all

This is not the reason. 34BTC is pocket change to Primedice.

The issue is the large amounts of BTC you deposited.

Every Bitcoin service and exchange needs to do due diligence over funds from a certain value. Even exchanges like Gemini or Coinbase will halt the deposits until they verify if the funds were legally claimed.

There was much BTC stolen in the past and many hackers are trying to mix that money so they can legally withdraw it.

Everyone indeed knows that bitcoin gambling site is much better mixer than those mixer site that charge around 1% fee . Basically it is free and much faster compared to that service. Atleast PD doesnt have any policy of 2x wagering to withdraw the deposit ( like the one on your signature  Cheesy ) otherwise he would have lose everything

Gambling sites are not mixer sites because they expect people to gamble if they deposit money. Not like just deposit and withdraw money. FJ also pays withdrawals so if they allow without any restriction then people like you use it only for mixer instead of gambling. Also, it is not a hidden rule, everyone knows about it so if you're not interested in gambling then don't deposit money.

People don't use gambling sites so they can save the little 1% fee that most sites charge.

They use it because when a transaction comes from a gambling site it "looks" more legit coming from some mixer service.

Most mixers were already proven to be weak with taint analysis. Even if the fee is dynamic and with a time delay.

I passed very deep KYC and do not see any logic or reason to use PD for laundering and mixing, also why no one from PD is involving in this discussion?

I guess the number of bets increase in a pretty linear manner as primedice would be processing the max amount of bets it can process per second. The only thing limiting your number of bets is maybe your own limit to bet speed.
However great to see a new milestone being acheived. Waiting for 50 billion the bet, hope to see some great promotions then.

Im pretty sure they do, no official confirmation yet from Stunna or Micro regarding this . Probably they are checking on things regarding this or perhaps they KYC submitted isnt clear enough to convince them

only thing limiting your number of bets is maybe your own limit to bet speed.

Im pretty sure there are some limit for the roll per minutes otherwise someone could create a script and run it on full speed and clutter all their database. I cant really recall about this policy

Does that person really deposit 34 bitcoin? That's something hard to believe.
Ok, forget that.
People if anyone knows, I was playing here sometimes some years ago and I have created maybe more than 10 account (have never deposited/withdraw, just for fun for 2-3 minute). So if I decide to really create one personal account, what to do?
If I deposit, don't want to be banned because of old accounts, I have no idea which accounts belongs to me because all of them was for only one use.

I think multiple accounts are still allowed at PD. as long as you didn't used your previous accounts to abuse giveaways or faucet you should be fine.

My account is also locked. Maybe this happened because nonkosher in from a new location from a new device.
I talked to support and they asked me a set of question which I have answered and now support has asked me to wait as they have forwarded the issue to the administrators to unlock my account.
Been a few days but nothing has been done.

Does that mean that you have to verify KYC in prime dice now or because you had funds in your account, i am not able to log into my old account too, lucky for me i do not have any funds in it, but they wanted me to provide my old IP address and transaction details which is over a year back and i really do not have those details with me and since there is no funds in my account i could just move forward.

If I deposit, don't want to be banned because of old accounts, I have no idea which accounts belongs to me because all of them was for only one use.
please believe me.. here is the proof
deposited 26 btc won 34 btc..
